Ordered some socks for my son for Christmas as of yet on the 27th of February 3 months after ordering I am still waiting for items from that order customer service is awful don’t waste your money go somewhere else

The goal isn’t fit for purpose. After building according to the instructions all the plastic locking nuts have come loose and the goal falls apart when the post of bar is struck with the ball. The bar bows in the middle and for the money I paid it wasn’t worth it and should have bought a steal goal for a slight increase in price

I had an issue with a pump i ordered online. Contacted Samantha about the issue and she has dealt with it quickly and satisfactory. Great to deal with.

Great price for the quality of item

Ordered a Forza ProFlex Pop-Up Lacrosse Goal [6ft x 6ft] from a UK retailer.

The entire length and all 4 sides of the cube-shaped struts as well as parts of the Forza banner were covered in a black oily substance. The inside of the box was clean so suspect item was damaged during manufacturing or packaging.

Moreover the two struts are meant to pull apart and click into place. In my case they came apart as the two sprung locks had come loose. Thankfully I was able to pull them back in place with some pliers.

Forza supplied the retailer and therefore me with a dud. Very disappointed. Not what I would expect from Forza. Will never order a product from them again.

I bought these FORZA sleeves for my son/daughter who wanted the 'cut sock' look like the pros. The quality is excellent—the material is thick, stretchy, and hasn't frayed after multiple washes. Much better than ruining expensive kit socks with scissors! They stay up perfectly over shin pads and look seamless when paired with grip socks and a bit of tape. Highly recommend for any young player looking to upgrade their match-day gear.

Excellent Customer Service from Samantha. I ordered some items very last minute for a birthday present and instead of doing next day delivery I’d accidentally pressed 3-4 days. Called up in a panic and Samantha amended my postage free of charge and items were delivered on time. Was extremely grateful and they will 100% be getting my custom again in future. The item is perfect as well.

Their goals are more expensive because they’re meant to be durable for outdoor serious use. I’ve had two folding goals in my basement for light play with my 8 year old son and within three weeks the expensive goals are broken. The pins to lock the position place just slide out of place inside the tubes and you can’t get at them to move them back. One of the corners also cracked from my little child leaning on it. Keep in mind these goals are light use in my carpeted basement for me to play with my son and within a few weeks they’re broken… I spent extra for a Christmas present for my son that would last, but am very disappointed that I did. Not sure about their other products but I would definitely not recommend paying a premium for their folding goals.
