Disappointed in customer service

Ordered a goal and it arrived quickly, but missing 3 pieces. I have sent them 2 messages and still no reply. Phone number doesn't work either. I'm considering returning it but guessing that is going to be pricey. I just want the pieces that are missing so we can use the goal.

Socks & sleeve for small feet & skinny legged kids…

Struggle to find socks small enough for our 6 year old daughter in yellow - forza not only had the correct colour but grip socks and sleeves that actually fit her skinny little legs - brilliant quality, fast delivery and at a very good price that we bought her white ones too! They have been washed multiple times and colour has not faded & the grip is as good as new! I will definitely be purchasing more for start of next season for both son & daughter - top quality products!!

Not Terrible

not gonna lie, they glove design is amazing, however the grip is lacking. the fit is snug and tight.

The shipping was returned back to the…

The shipping was returned back to the UK after it arrived in Pennsylvania US because of missing clearance documentation? How is that possible? And the phone number for customer service does not work. Poor customer service for an item that almost costs $1k.

Prompt but problems with transparency and website

Discount was good and order was processed quickly BUT fuel surcharge(on top of shipping charge) should really not be in tiny letters on invoice so customer won’t notice. Needlessly shady.

When trying to use the website to make purchase on a phone, customers are flashed discounts along top, but the button doesn’t work. Deadlinks for discounts are not encouraging.

Ordered soccer mannequins paid for carry bag— carry bag did not arrive with mannequins— if this was sent separately, that should be easy to make clear to the customer.

I just wanted to say how happy I am to find your site - there's so little affordable soccer gear available locally, I coach little guys and found just what I need at a fair price - thanks Forza!

Great goal net!

Easy ordering from an excellent range of soccer equipment; delivery updates good and arrived as planned. Our budding footballers love the 3x2 goal, target sheet and mini goal - upgrades on a smaller goal from this company which has served us well
