Love the option to be able to ship to countries that your retail do not ship to. And it was so simple, once my parcel was received I was notified and I logged in and processed shipping to my destination. So easy and will be using it again.

Great value. Fantastic, trustworthy service
I used Forwardvia.com to purchase an item from a UK based eBay seller that wouldn't ship overseas. The whole process was very straightforward and communication was outstanding throughout - from registering, submitting the eBay item URL, payment, delivery within the UK and then forward shipping. My item arrived quickly and well packed. Costs were not outrageous and they offer several different options to suit your needs. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and using them again. Much appreciated!

Forwardvia are miles ahead of GSP
If you are a global buyer on eBay of things based in the UK use Forwardvia instead of The Global Shipping Program because Forwardvia always get parcels the moment the courier delivers and they are processed extremely quickly too.
unlike GSP where there would be a long delay for a day or 2 before something is processed. my parcels were processed and shipped 45 minutes after the courier delivered them.

my package arrived quickly and safely! it was packaged nice and compact. it is a little pricey but i assume thats just how shipping is. i chose to not have my mail tracked, but it came a lot quicker than i thought and was in perf condition!

Works out too expensive for Irish customers
Works out too expensive for Irish buyers because of the cost of the service plus post and packaging already charged for the item by the seller, then the customs tax to import item on top of that, all that and the exchange rate too!! Cost me almost €100 for an item that was only £19 to start with!! Not really the fault of Forwardvia but a warning to Irish buyers- Don’t bother !!!

We are sorry to hear that you were not expecting local tax and duty charges. As with any other country, there will be import taxes and duties to pay for importing goods from the UK, which is something that is beyond our control.
The information about local taxes and duties is on many pages of our website. It is displayed on 3 locations on our shipping calculator page, so customers are aware when they get a quote before they choose to proceed. It is also displayed on the shipping order page; unfortunately, it is not possible to explain these fees on every page. Some countries do not charge import taxes, and some have a tax-free threshold. We also have 'Help' located on every page, should any visitors have questions. Please feel free to contact our customer team should you require any further explanations regarding import tax and duties.

Good service and quick response
Good service. Postage a bit expensive but quick. Not sure if the package was opened before by customs etc but was just a little disappointed that the original packaging was opened and not the way it originally was
