Fast and professional service
They consolidated and dispatched my parcel very quickly after I gave instructions to do so. I was in fact surprised to receive the items so soon after making those requests.

The habit of not trusting customers and treating them badly
My recent experience with ForwardVia, I gave them the address for sending items but they didn't believe me. I was absolutely sure the address I gave them was 100% correct. I didn't need to confirm it. Furthermore, they are treating their customers very badly.

Customers enter their shipping address through their account when placing the shipping order. We do enter shipping addresses or amend them, as our system is automated and uses the shipping address the customer inputs. Should there be a problem with the address which results in a courier shipping label not being processed or difficulties in the delivery, then we will check with the customer. Our customer service team conduct themselves professionally and politely when dealing with any customer query, although we are unable to identify your account or find any customer support conversations in our system regarding this issue with the information given in this review. Should you wish to speak to our customer service team regarding this matter please contact them through your account and they will be happy to clarify any information regarding shipping addresses or assist you with any other matter. Reliable and Easy!
ForwardVia isn't the cheapest option out there, But they're still my absolute go-to for forwarding stuff I buy in the UK that I can't get delivered anywhere else. I've used them twice now and haven't had any issues whatsoever. Very reliable! They're also great at keeping you updated. You get an email every time the status changes, which gives me a big peace of mind. My last order even showed up way quicker than I expected. Really happy overall and I hope they continue stay in business and keep up the great service!

Easy to setup, easy to use, reliable
i've used a few of these, and this one (UK to Aust) is easy to set up, and easy to use... with many options.
The only point i worried about was that they seem to be heavily reliant on the name you use in the account to be the same as the name on the incoming local uk parcel parcel. This is all very jolly in theory, but the company sending the parcel in UK, simply altered my name without asking... eg Martin to M. But i asked about this, immediate reply, immediate fix... In this age of useless moron AI chatbots or days of waiting on message-replies from India, this is most important... Help lines are often not much help these days.
Yes indeed, I will use it again. and the cost was very reasonable... I chose super-express (DHL etc) this time, and it was only 55 quid, barely more than it would have cost me if I'd done it

Quick and Painless Shipping
Had a great experience with ForwardVia! I bought a special edition of a book that wasn't sold in North America and the entire process of having it sent to the ForwardVia location and then out to me was completely painless and very well communicated.
