They do an EXCELLENT job packing your stuff to ensure it will arrive safely. I’ve used them many times to ship expensive and fragile items and will continue to trust them with my expensive and fragile packages. They go above and beyond on getting your stuff to arrive across the seas safely! I recommend them to anyone I know who are looking for a freight forwarder, and will continue to do so! AMAZING customer service as well, quick and very thoughtful responses, not some prewritten bs like many companies these days!

Don't forget VAT Number
Forwardvia was very helpful in getting my order from UK to Germany. Nevertheless it took me a couple of calls with the original furnisher and UPS Germany because the German customs absolutely wants VAT Nr. / Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer in order to process custom declaration. This number was not provided by the shop in the first place. My resumee: I will never again go shopping in post brexit UK. The struggle with bureaucracy is just too annoying.
