I needed curtains sent from UK to Melbourne Australia and tasked Forwardvia with the job. Admittedly, I was the original 'problem customer' with the retailer I was dealing with only adding to the ' problem'. Fowardvia were very patient and eventually it all came together...my delivery was early, parcel in good order and great customer service from Forwardvia. What more could you ask for? Would high recommend and am definitely going to use again. Many thanks

I was skeptical at first, only because I had never used a service to order on my behalf from the UK to the United States. But they were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond ! I ordered a large stuffed animal from BAB and it was supposed to come unstuffed to save on shipping but it didn’t, I was so sad because I wanted it SO BAD. But to ship something that big was so expensive just in general. so I put in for a special request for them to unstuffed it and I had little hope they’d actually do it but they fulfilled my request ! Absolutely the best & most wonderful customer service. By doing that I saved over $200. They let you know what they’re doing through the entire process. Will definitely use again if I ever need anything from the UK!

Needed to order an outfit for a wedding but the UK site did not ship to USA. ForwardVia was the only forwarder with consistently great reviews so I too a chance.
ForwardVia did not disappoint. Katie opened and sent me several photos confirming size of garment and also repackaged and shipped it to me. She was quick, professional and packaged up the box for international shipping as I would have myself, including packing tape for extra security and durability. The process was fast (everything done same day) and easy. I highly recommend ForwardVia to anyone requiring help with overseas orders that will not ship directly to you.

I was a bit sceptical at first due to terrible experiences with international shipping, but ForwardVia is surprisingly good.

This service is very transparent about the whole process : they email you when your order has been receipt & inform you about its status ( no 'blackhole' or shady silence ) ; you can request for package inspection ( a bit pricey, but worth it since you can check if you did pay for what you wanted ) or request to use another packaging for your order ; the shipping estimation is accurate & I did get the same the same price as estimated.

It is probably the most responsive service I have ever used ( the customer service usually responds within 10-15 minutes ), & they use a simple English, so it isn't a struggle to understand them if you aren't an English-speaker.

I'm really glad to have used this service. My package arrived in good shape & quicker than expected. I will probably use it again for UK-exclusive products. Thank you very much !

Fast service, not a single complaint. I wanted a UK product in which the seller would not ship to the U.S. and would not accept even a U.S. billing address and a UK shipping address. I used the assisted buy service. Forwardvia had my product from the seller two days after I asked them to order it and had shipped it to me one day after they received it. I believe their fees were reasonable and their service could not have been better. Without hesitation, I would use them again.
