Always great food and great service. Friendly, knowledgeable team and importantly, when something goes wrong - they go above and beyond to correct it. I've used them several times for dinner parties and will be returning many more times.

My food order (Number 209076) did not arrive and my wife had to make last minute and stressful arrangements for a special dinner.
I suggest you use a more reliable delivery courier.
Your staff are very good when ordering and Rachael Pavitt was very helpful when I asked for a refund.

Thanks for getting in touch, though I'm so sorry to see the disappointment caused from this failed delivery. We were equally as disappointed. Rachael tried no end to get this rectified and I'm frustrated that DHL let us down on this occasion.
Unfortunately, as much as it stings to have to acknowledge this, there's not a single courier in the land that has a 100% success rate, believe me we've tried them all!
And whilst 98% of our orders run without a hitch, there are unfortunately 2% where there could be a hiccup in the form of a delay or damage. That said, if something does go awry we're always more than happy to try and make it up to you, it's the least we can do.
We will always do our best to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the potential mishaps that can occur within the delivery process, I'm truly sorry that you got caught up in one of these mishaps on this occasion, but I'm glad to see that Rachael was as helpful and wonderful as she always is and the problem was "resolved" at least to the best it could have been given the very disappointing circumstances. I'm sorry, again.
Have a lovely week anyway I hope it's not raining to much where you are currently!, and hopefully we can speak to you again soon.

The alderton ham was for our village harvest supper.
Everyone said how tasty it was and I’ve ordered two catalogues to give to residents, I will point out exactly what they had to eat.
Finally the quality is always good.

Hi Phoebe, naturally very disappointed to read this.
I will speak with our production team to find out if there's any chance we could make smaller portions of the Spoonable Salmon Surprise, although I must admit it's not often customers tell us there's too much of something! :) The Black Cod is advertised as a boned fish - unfortunately it's simply not possible to remove them before cooking because the fish is too delicate, so it's something we have to make mention of at the time of ordering. We wish there were a way around this but at present there's none without cooking the fish first. I'm sorry if this wasn't clear, I'll take a look at the web listing to see if there are ways we could make it clearer.
The Creme Anglais is naturally sweet, light and delicate, it's made from a traditional Creme Anglais recipe which does tend to differ slightly in taste and texture what us Brits knows as custard! But you of course should have enjoyed it and I'm sorry that you didn't.
If you order again and have any issues what so ever, or even any suggestions for improvement, please do contact our customer service team. We're always more than happy to look at and hopefully rectify any problems, it's really important to us that you're happy!

Great food freshly prepared and professionally delivered to my door
Dressed lobster, pulled beef wellington’s, cheese soufflés, petit fours and cured tuna and salmon were all excellent. Not inexpensive but delicious so worth splashing out on for a birthday weekend away in a glamping pod by a lake.

Consistently good
This firm supply consistently good food and they’re all lovely people too. I’m very fussy about smoked salmon; but F&F lean smoked salmon is an absolute treat I’ll never say no to!
I always order lots of goodies around Xmas from them to take the pressure off the cook. Everything is always top quality and completely delicious.

Message amendment on 16.10 - Hi Ms Macleod,
We've just had an update from our kitchen who have managed to pinpoint the problem. One of our chefs unfortunately made a batch of the terrines incorrectly, not adding the stock/jelly through the mix meaning the mould was only flaked ham, with nothing to keep it together! This was spotted quickly so luckily there weren't too many offending terrines leaving us like this, but unfortunately it does look like yours was a victim to this problem.
We'd love to fix this! So please e-mail us when you get a chance so that we can work out the best day to send your much overdue replacement.

Superb lobster bisque
Superb lobster bisque! A luxurious starter for my dinner party. The Coq au vin was delicious too, although ordered more than I thought I needed, but needed it all. Food arrives well packaged & chilled well.
It’s my second order from F&F & will certainly order again.
