Pathetic company pathetic service agent not deliver order on time always make excuse using pathetic shipping company to deliver the order(Vnlin)
Even both then not deserve for even single star

The worst experience ever and the atrocious customer service attitude….
How they are making me struggle for a refund everyone must know
1) they ask me to reship the items at my cost
2) they want me to ship as per their courier who charges 300$ plus
3) eventually i still shipped from local post office
4) they returned the shipment and i had toboay bith ways
5) their moto is to harrss the customer to that extent that we get tired and give up
6) then they asked me to destroy those items and provide photos
7) then suddenly they arrange courier service post knowing the items are destroyed
8) then they say the time frame to apply for refund is over
9) then suddenly they say to provide videos of the destroyed items
10) so basically when they change their mind and ask you proofs you never know; they expected me to keep the destroyed items with me … their policy changes as per their moods
11) the customer agent wants the order no of the items to returned hand written.. if not they don’t accept however precise and clear it may be…
I feel like suing them for harassing customers
Its a joke for them that we have no better work to do then provide and abide to their sick instructions

Basically there is no intention of refunding the amount.
Their stuff is equally sad from what we see in the pictures.
Either the quality is sad or size manufacturing defect.
I am still struggling for a refund since months:

this shįt a fuckng scam ong mfs tried selling me a mic for 245 dollars supposedly “discounted” from 371, Dumb cûnts actually thought i was dumb enough to fall for that. Literally had to search this shįt up cuz i was hella skeptical, next thing i see it turns out the mic was a BOYA BY-pm500 which is sold at retail price at A FUCKIMG BARE 80 DOLLARS.

The products that are labeled “100% original” are fake. I went to the original store and I compared the items and they were different. Also the return policy is very complicated , they might not return the money back

Hi I purchased a pair of girls shoes I was not given a order number how can I track what I bought.You don't send an email to confirm nay purchase how dies it work.

I supposed to place an order to Fordeal but I remembered checking reviews first before hand. A lot of reviews gave negative impression. I am now confused whether I should pursue my order or leave it. Was so disappointed since I was not able to find same design/style of the dress which I wanna order from them but better to secure my money first. Am wondering if they would allow customers to open the parcel and check the completeness of items before paying the courier.

I am just wondering why none of the clothes i order has tag....I order like three times and it’s been coming with out tag...I don’t no if those clothes are used or new...considering the fact that they are expensive....I order for a shoe one time...one leg was new and order appear to have been used...the soles was dirty and the design has fade....

Fiz uma encomenda e garantiram-me no chat que iria receber fatura. Os artigos foram para uma prenda de anos e adquiridos por uma organização. Pedi a fatura por e-mail e no Facebook e até agora estão a ignorar-me esse direito. Irei fazer queixa às autoridades pois fatura é um direito que nos assiste.
