Avoid at all costs - con artists
They took my money and then didn't send me my weight loss treatment or reply to emails. After sending many emails I received one reply which was full of lies (a tracking number when the item wasn't even packaged let alone despatched). I then sent many more emails and received no replies. Absolute con artists/thiefs.
Charged for but unreceived prescriptio
Second time I have been charged but not received my medication. Although I am happy with the results I am concerned every month that this will happen. I am late now taking my dose and have tried in vain to contact you regarding the matter. Phone line does not receive calls and my emails have been ignored! Once more I have been charged almost £300 and have no idea when or even if I will receive my prescription!

They will not let you contact them by phone or any other means and the site won't let you take your information off.
Data protection laws needs to take over here and fully investigate this before more people fall into this trap and lose personal details

Definitely a company to avoid. Placed my order and unable to complete the transaction within a few days, so offered my apologies and cancelled (working away). I knew there would be an admin charge but they charged me a very high %. I enquired why it was soo much and they claimed my assessment had been done, despite the fact that I had provided NO INFORMATION!! I asked for my assessment and NO was the answer. So either they DIDN’T DO IT 🤔 or they just charged me for it. I asked twenty times and always the answer was it was done but no evidence was provided and then they GHOSTED me. One to avoid.
I have a subscription
I have a subscription, this latest subscription was due on the 15th April. My money was taken on the 15th but no order has been dispatched. I have emailed several times chasing this order. As of now it’s prescribed but not dispatched. Exactly the same as it was last week and the week before. Customer service is non existent, no way if phoning and speaking to anyone. They do not care about their customers. Avoid avoid avoid !
Absolutely shocking pharmacy
Absolutely shocking pharmacy! I placed an order for mounjaro which I waited nearly 4 weeks for but ended up having to get refund as they were not communicating with me at all on where my order was or how long is was going to take. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. The customer service is non existent. For healthcare professionals this is truly unacceptable. Please avoid!!
Total Scam
Signed up and went through the process of being accepted. Paid upfront and a month passes and nothing arrived, no means of contact other than email. Had the cheek to try take a second months payment. Total scam.

The company took my money and did not send the medication. I have sent 4 emails over the course of 2 weeks and not one has been responded to. Their phone line does not work and redirects to email.
I would NEVER use them and would recommend avoiding them completely. Totally unprofessional and as if today no sign of medication or refund. I feel I have been scammed out of nearly 300 pounds

I been waiting 2 weeks been with them over a year this is the second time I have had problems where is the customer care with medical issues 0 compassion for ppl that want to loose weight I disbuted with my bank and within 2 hrs it was back in my account as credit if they dispute back they will get the money back apparently I will pay if I get the pen if not I’m not paying so I would say to ppl raise a dispute with your bank

I’m on a subscription, paid on 9th April, medication said prescribed but it hasn’t been dispatched on the portal. Chased via email after 5 days and heard nothing, have tried to call but the number isn’t accepting calls. 3 weeks since they took the money and no sign of the medication. 5 emails sent with no reply. £240 out of pocket. Gutted and disappointed
3 weeks and no delievery
I was charged for the second month of my subscription on 7th April 2026. I contacted the company numerous times for an update but received no response, eventually having to reach out via Instagram just to get their attention. I finally received a reply two weeks later stating that my medication was being dispatched.
Today is 30th April, and I have now been told there is a "backlog." They cannot guarantee delivery for several more days, though they have offered a refund. When I requested both the refund and the medication due to the significant inconvenience and stress caused, the Registered Manager (Martina) refused. She stated that, per their policy, they only offer one resolution: I either continue to wait with no guarantee of delivery or I take a refund.
The service is absolutely disgusting and they have no understanding of customer service. When it comes to health, you cannot have a "maybe" delivery date. DO NOT USE THEM and don't fall for the subscription trap!
The service I received is unacceptable
The service I received is unacceptable. I placed an order on April 13th, and I was promised delivery within 24 to 48 hours, yet I still haven't received anything. They took my payment and are holding my card details without the option to remove them. The provided contact number is unreachable, and their suggestion to email them has resulted in no replies. This situation needs to be addressed immediately. Total scam, they take your money and don't refund. Please avoid!!!

Terrible service
Terrible service. I ordered on the 9th April and still have not received my order. I have emailed and messages multiple times and had no contact at all. Terrible customer service. They have my money and I will be contacting my bank to charge back if this is not sorted asap. Do not be enticed in by the good discounts!!
Disgusting company
Ordered on 31st March, it’s now 29th April and I still haven’t had my item delivered phone lines don’t work and they ignore your emails avoid at all costs
