We had a fantastic afternoon despite the rain! Jim was a fascinating and knowledgeable guide and taught us all a huge amount during the time we spent with him. He provided us with a delicious foraged snack at the end and sent excellent follow up information. Thoroughly recommend this.

Jim was a great foraging guide. The talk and taste and identifying done as a group together worked really well. I learned a lot about the edible plants around the woodland and the less edible ones too! I will be on the lookout for at least 8 of the plants I learned about today. A cute end to the walk was when Jim cooked up some food we had all foraged together. Thanks for a lovely afternoon…. Nat and Oli

Very interesting day out set in beautiful surroundings. Jim really knows his stuff and really looked after us taking our safety very seriously but also having good fun. The day ended with a delicious meal that Jim himself had foraged and prepared for us.
Good value for money.
Would definitely recommend and intend to book another course later in the year ourselves.

Booked as a day away from the office for the team and could not recommend this highly enough. Great to get back out to nature and fascinating to see how much is right on your doorstep. Our host was amazing and so knowledgable it was a fantastic experience start to finish

I was amazed at how much we found on the foraging event, in such a small area! Jim is knowledgeable and engaging and made the trip very enjoyable. It's changed the way I look at things when I'm out walking and he has inspired me to learn more about foraging and how I can cook with what I find. He took time to explain the legal, moral and safety side of foraging in a way that wasn't scary or off-putting which is really important. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable few hours and I highly recommend Forage Box, I will be looking at doing more courses with Jim and his team

Our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was thorough with the safety stuff and when I fell during the walk he helped me to get a drink and get to my feet again. He subsequently regularly checked that I was OK. I learnt a great deal.

It was my first foraging experience and I really enjoyed it. Izzy was very knowledgeable and approachable and I particularly liked the references to folklore and the shared nibbles at the end of our walk.

Jim was incredibly passionate about the experience he was delivering for us. There was so much information, and it was conveyed in a really engaging way. Really great fun.

Joel was the instructor. What a character, he made us laugh a lot with his humour. His knowledge was fantastic. I could of spent full day listening to him.
Pine his my new best thing. Totally love it.
I didn't give it a 5 as there was a mix up with the meeting point. Even the staff at Sherwood forest didn't know what was happening.
