Order cancelled after 2 hour wait.

So it should have take about 35mins. After 40mins I got a notif, saying "There was a problem with your order". Turned out, the delivery guy had a problem and they had to change drivers. After another 30min, I texted them via the help desk. I texted them with "Hey, the restaurant closes in 15mins??", I was given this response: "The restaurant wont take an order past 23:00. But yours was already placed, so they will do it". Guess what, after another 50 minutes, I got a notification saying my order was cancelled??? Are we being serious? And they even have the nerve, to offer me a 50czk (2eur) coupon, which is worthless btw? Dogshi scam company. Never ordering food from them again.

They promise a refund amount and later claim that they never did it

I used Foodora.cz to place a grocery order and shortly afterwards received an email informing me that some items were out of stock and that I would automatically receive a refund of 310.58 CZK.

The refund never arrived.

I contacted customer support through the Help Center several times (at least 3–4 times). Each time I was told that the case had been escalated and that I would receive a response within 48 hours.

I never received any follow-up.

Today, I received a refund of only about 40 CZK. After contacting support again and insisting on an explanation, another refund of approximately 247 CZK was issued. However, there was still a difference of around 22 CZK compared to the amount promised in the original email.

When I questioned this discrepancy, I was told by a support agent named Elena that the email promising the refund amount did not exist in their system (????). This was despite the fact that I provided a screenshot of the email itself sent from their email.

So apparently Foodora can send customers emails promising a specific refund amount, but later claim they have no record of those emails and cannot explain the difference. The issue was never properly resolved, and I had to spend weeks chasing money that should have been refunded automatically.

The amount is not the main problem, since now I'm missing around 22CZK. The real issue is the poor customer service, lack of transparency, broken promises, and the amount of time wasted trying to get a simple refund processed correctly.

After this experience, I uninstalled the app and will not be using Foodora again.

Dog-poop company

Dog-poop company. I ordered 2 small pizzas at 13:40 and after 2 hours, I received a message. Your order cannot be delivered, we didnt find a driver. No apology, no damn given. How do you not know for 2 hours that you do not have a driver? This is not the first time this has happened.
Right now Foodora is only functioning because you are monopoly, but dont worry, your scammy services such as service fee, not delivering orders and ESPECIALLY the priority FEE :D You guys must be taking a piss. You MUST deliver food ASAP, not as the customer pays.

Scam couriers, scam company

Couriers don’t call and just leave. When you try to prove to support that no one called (even with call history), they completely ignore it and refuse to verify anything.

At this point it feels like either couriers are scamming or they don’t even have credit to make calls. Either way, the result is the same, no food and no refund.

Would not trust this service again.

Objednal jsem si jídlo

Objednal jsem si jídlo, ale bohužel mi přivezli něco jiného, než jsem si objednal. Bohužel mi po kontaktování zákaznické podpory vrátili pouze 148 Kč, ačkoli jsem si objednal jídlo za 547 Kč. Zákaznická podpora jednostranně odmítla můj názor a rozhodla se mi nevrátit peníze za objednávku ani nedoplnit můj Foodora peněženku. Nedoporučuji zde objednávat.

False advertising they will use fake…

False advertising they will use fake vouchers that don’t work to sign up .. as a first time user i was lured through CHCI250 voucher code which didn’t work I contacted live help centre where customer advisor just said that it doesn’t work for you and cut me off from chat completely

Foodora stopped compensating for mishandled orders

Basically foodora is yet another company who got greedy and stopped compensating for mishandled orders. My food arrived completely cold and their customer support (I am like 90% sure they switched to AI) just told me they are sorry but no compensation. Well, I guess I am sorry for this 1 star review too but I am not taking it down same as you won’t give me back my money. Using only Wolt from now on and I suggest everyone to do the same.

No customer support available while…

No customer support available while waiting for your order, and when you try to solve anything after you receive a wrong order, they don't help and finish the chat without even asking me. Every time I tried using this service, something was wrong.

The worst of bad customer service

The worst of bad customer service, long time scale. Also the app keeps on loading forever. The service works perfectly except mentioned. Not solving shortcomings is the reason to shoot 2 stars for me.

Objednávka nedoručena – Order never arrived, refund after 11 days

Objednal jsem si jídlo za 506 Kč přes Foodoru. Jídlo nikdy nedorazilo, přesto si nechali peníze 11 dní. Reagovali pomalu, jen výmluvy, žádná odpovědnost, žádná kompenzace.
Po dlouhém čekání peníze vrátili, ale bez omluvy nebo gesta.
Neprofesionální přístup – nedoporučuji.

I ordered food via Foodora for 506 CZK. It never arrived. They kept my money for 11 days, were slow to respond, and took no responsibility.
Eventually, I got a refund – but no apology or goodwill gesture.
Unprofessional service – not recommended.

Foodora support service…

As a rider you have no chance to speak to the support in case of a problem. The business concept would be great of the support was more efficient and helpful but as auch it’s only a waste of time and your money that you invest in the gas.

Dostal jsem zkažený hranolek

Dostal jsem zkažený hranolek, nahlásil to, a po týdnech ignorace mi Foodora nabídla kupon. Když jsem řekl, že už jejich služby nechci, oznámili mi, že reklamaci považují za vyřízenou. Poslal jsem to na ČOI a hygienu. Nejde o 150 Kč – jde o přístup.

This company promises to earn 4000 crowns per shift. It is a lie and a scam. You will never make that much money in 8 hours of work and the highest gross income in the city of Olomouc is 250 crowns per hour.
So only an idiot who can't calculate the costs of delivery by car can drive and earn money with Foodora.
I wonder if Foodora is robbing its couriers like this in Germany, where minimum wage costs are higher.

Find someone better

Beware of subscribtion, mostly Its not even worth it and canceling Is scummy practice, no refund, customer support not helpful with answers, saying same things again and again with no explanation.
Subscribtion is useless to me, i live in Area where they do not operate, soo could i get the refund Hours after payment? No. Why? Not possible.

Extremely Dissatisfied with Foodora's Customer Service

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of service I received regarding my recent order (Damejidlo 307124259). Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, the responses from your customer service team have been unsatisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my experience.

I made an order and at the same time I have updated my phone number in their system. After waiting for two hours, I get an email saying that the courier couldn't reach me. I immediately reached out to foodora through their help center as they say on their website is that they can retry the deliver. There was no response at all.

Furthermore, the customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of acknowledging the system problem and addressing the lapse in communication, I received responses that shifted blame onto me, the customer. It is disheartening to see that foodora is unwilling to take responsibility for its system failures and operations.

As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and accountability when using a platform like Foodora. Unfortunately, my recent encounter has left me with a negative impression of your company. I had hoped for a resolution, such as a refund or voucher, but it seems Foodora is unwilling to address the issues at hand.

Due to this unacceptable experience, I have decided to close my Foodora account, and I intend to share my dissatisfaction on various social media platforms and app stores. I believe it is essential for other potential customers to be aware of the challenges they may face when using Foodora's services.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider implementing improvements to prevent similar issues in the future.
