Imagine paying a delivery fee just to be told to 'look at the map' and find the rider yourself. Foodpanda’s service is so tragic it’s actually funny. I didn't realize my dinner came with a mandatory 1km hike. App uninstalled. Grab and Pickaroo exist for a reason.

Foodpanda's mapping system is seriously flawed; however, Grab's mapping is almost flawless.
Please, someone, compete against these clowns and put them out of business. People will leave Foodpanda as soon as a better company comes along.

Totally not helpfull, i had a few cases where they just dont give any reaction. if there is something wrong from there side and you will ask for a compensation they will tell you that its nog possible because of their system, blame it on the system and be the worst customer service of the country

Driver picked up my food at 4:54. The delivery was supposed to arrive by 5:10. As of 5:45 the driver is still not here. This happens all the time with them. Use Grab. They are a little better

3 hours of wait for my order that was supposed to be delivered in an hour at most. Absolute garbage. 3x wait times each time without any compensation, cashback, any type of privileges. The only time I asked for help when they delivered rotten products to my home or cans that were absolutely EMPTY, they told me it was "too late" to request a refund. Poor company, both in mentality, work etiquette, and employees.

FOODPANDA APP SUCKS
The app sucks. Can't get hold of real time support assistance. I accidentally cancelled a paid order without no confirmatory button or message, and got now way to either get the order by going directly to the store or request for a refund. What a fraud!
4 times I’ve placed orders on this app…
4 times I’ve placed orders on this app that was accepted and processed only to have the orders cancelled hours later. Customer service stated they had no drivers available. Well if you have no drivers why allow people to place orders? Amazingly I replaced the same orders on a different app and had no issues, they had drivers and the food was delivered promptly. I always order cash in delivery because I’ve had many friends get double charged when they paid by debit card. Worse app and delivery service ever. Avoid this if at all possible

I have no SPOON FORK for MANG INASAL 2x already. I ordered yesterday there is no spoon fork. Ok, i gave chances. Today i order again the same food! I even note” PLEASE DONT FORGET THE SPOON AND FORK” food was delivered with no UTENSILS ON! I contacted customer service and raise my concern. The customer service Doesn’t CARE ABOUT IT. Reach with team for what.
