Top notch purveyors
After a small trial pack which I really enjoyed I made a larger order which arrived very well packed, there was due to a bank holiday a slight delay which Foodbazaar phoned me and explained the situation, This is a very good Co. to deal with, excellent products at very good prices and first class communication with their coustomers.

Ordered several snacks which were not available in local Indian shops. Great service. I am writing this after almost 4 months (as now I finished the stock that I ordered in December haha)

Well after waiting a week and then they cancelled my order I find disgusting. On top of that I am still waiting for a full refund!

Thank you for your feedback, and we are very sorry for the disappointment caused.
Your order was placed on 5th April. When preparing it, we found that the stock we had for the tomato juice was out of date, so we could not send it. Rather than dispatching something unsuitable, we waited to see if fresh stock would arrive from our supplier.
On 7th April, we emailed to explain the issue and offered two options: to send the 2 pieces we had available and refund the rest, or to cancel the order entirely. As we were still unable to complete the order in full, it was cancelled on 9th April and a full refund was issued.
We completely understand your frustration, especially after waiting, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. This issue happened because our supplier was unexpectedly out of stock, which is not the level of service we aim to provide.
If your refund has still not reached you, please contact us directly and we will be happy to check this for you straight away.
