Very poor company gave them my p30 lite…
Very poor company gave them my p30 lite to replace screen as it was cracked. Apon collecting they said motherboard was broken so will have to pay £100 more even though I was using the phone and managed to factory reset it and now phone don't work at all nothing on screen phoned them to complain they said it wasn't them would never use them again
ROBBING COWBOYS
Only put one star as you can't put no stars. These guys are absolute cowboys. Sold me a "new" phone in September ... It stopped working after 6 weeks .. they sent it off for 3 weeks without even letting me know that .. I had to ring them to be told what was happening .And then said that a slight scratch on the bottom has damaged the motherboard.... So my guarantee is void. The new phone they sold me didn't even have a charger in the box.... Should of listened to my gut as I recognised the bald guy in there but couldn't remember where from and when I popped back in to the shop I realized he had ripped me off before with a phone a few years ago . I have just become a proud owner of an Apple mobile, from this cute,well stocked shop in Yeovil. I could not have had more help, support and understanding elsewhere, I swear. The staff Jake, and Shantell were trully wonderfully patient, as I am a novice at modern mobiles. They listened to what I had to say, Jake in particular who dealt with me, is a genious, polite curteous, very knowledgeable young man. I recommend this shop as you receive a warm smiley welcome, and great care till all your problems are solved. In my case they both went beyond their duty to accomodate my many silly questions, without making me feel terrible. So happy with my new experience, and mobile, of course. Happy Christmas

My phone was good as scrap having been properly dunked in a hot tub. The chaps at Fone Revive explained firstly that they (rightly) couldn’t guarantee any works done due to the water damage. Notwithstanding, I gave them a chance and after a few visits they were able to revive my phone until it was as good if not better than before! Unfortunately they couldn’t revive the face recognition, but apart from that it’s fine.

I speak of the Weston-Super-Mare branch and can only say "Wonderful" Ali was very kind and extremely helpful and patient and completely sorted my problems for me. Martin was also very helpful. The two were very pleasant people. A very nice experience.
Dreadful company
Dreadful company - do not use!
I took my Nokia smartphone in for a new battery. They said it would be 3 days. After 2 weeks they finally said the battery had arrived. When I took the phone in to have it fitted they then realised they'd ordered the wrong battery. After another 3 days I went in to pick up the phone with the new battery and they said they'd broken the screen connector so they'd need a couple of days to fix that. They couldn't fix it at the local shop so sent it to the main Bristol office. When they couldn't fix it the phone was sent off to "the lab". That was 7 days ago and it's still not back despite promises from the shop that its been fixed and is on its way back.
Meantime they gave a crappy HTC phone to use which won't run the security app I need for work.
It's now been over 4 weeks since I took the phone in for a new battery and I'm still waiting for it!!!
What a shambles this company is.

Sent iPads to be fixed at a cost of £250. Had to take back 4 times as didn't fix them. I have given up as pointless. He gave me back iPads and said "send them off to be fixed yourself". I didn't get any of my money back. hey even had the cheek to try and charge me for a receipt. I will be making official complaint to trading standards. Very dissatisfied customer.

Hi went in Eastleigh fone revive to get iPad button fixed they gave me reasonable price and had to wait 3 days to come they fixed the button but left the glue on screen and volume button stop working and they left a blue line on screen told manager he said he would sort out the following Wednesday but rang up they said they would not sort total joke would never recommend use this business no idea what they are doing
Opportunists at the Stroud branch
Totally ripped me off with the cheapest screen and screen protector and then charged me for the better versions. Almost double the price of what others quoted once I did my research.
Went back to give them the chance to put things straight but they just argued and refused to admit they'd done anything wrong. Went elsewhere where they confirmed I was overcharged for the cheapest and worst quality products available on the market.
Selling very poor quality screen…
Selling very poor quality screen protector for £10. I’ve had better quality from Poundland it’s cracking and crumbling after 10 days I haven’t even dropped my phone yet it breaks from been touched and swiped. I lent across a table today to put a cup of coffee down and I literally heard it crack again in my pocket. This is supposed to protect your expensive phone I dread to think what would happen after been dropped. Scandalous for £10
16 weeks later and they still have my phone!
I'm all up for supporting small businesses in Minehead but when a business like FONE REVIVE take advantage of people I it makes think twice!
I gave my dad my iPhone 10xs max 512gb I have been using it for 2 years no problems apart from a crack in the rear case and the speaker wasn't as loud as it should be
So he took the phone into FONE REVIVE
They put a not apple speaker back in it as a repair and gave it back to him
Now the phone won't stay on for more than a minute
He took it back to them ( in July) they told him then that this wasn't there problem and to take it to apple!
I went back in and said that wasn't good enough!
Since then it's been excuse after excuse why the phone isn't fixed yet
There latest idea was that they would take out gadget insurance on it then falsify a insurance claim!!!
They are a joke and I would advise anyone to steer clear of these dodgy people!
Didn't repair my tablet, they screwed up…
I left my tablet to repair port charger. I paid 30£. It wasn't good fixed I had to come back and they charged me another 25£. They said I had broken it. When I came back home and charged my tablet screen didn't worked. It was black. Off. I didn't come back to this store anymore. They are cheaters. Liars.
Incompetence and then manager aggression
My wife ordered a phone case and screen protector from a female worker. £20 receipt received. Told it would take 2 days. After 11 days, I returned but she had ordered wrong case. Male worker called his female co-worker "incompetent" and "didn`t know what she was doing" which is unprofessional. He said I couldn`t have a refund but re-ordered for me. Said it would be 2 days and took my number and promised to call me. After a further 8 days and no call I returned. The man had also re-ordered the wrong case, so this time I was offered a refund. Unfortunately I had since lost my paper receipt and when I said it was £20, I was called a liar twice by the manager who then refused to give me his name and aggressively forced me to leave the shop. At the same time there were two other customers in the shop, both of whom were exasperated by the service they were receiving. I now have electronic proof of the original £20 purchase 19 days ago, so will now be returning to the store, for what I hope will be the final time. This was the Shirley branch in Southampton.

Friendly, smiley, welcoming and helpful! They explained everything they could do for my phone and gave me different options and advice.
I left the phone with them for 30 minutes and when I popped back in it was ready and waiting looking brand new!!

Bought a phone of them the same day the battery gave in and the phone cometely blacked of. Took it back on multiple occasions but they failed to refund me or even offer to fix the phone. Very bad customer services and very rude manager and colleagues.
Stroud Fone Revive, a bit dodgy! Avoid if at all possible…
Stroud Fone Revive would only take cash from me, wouldn't give me a receipt and then they ordered the wrong battery case. They refuse to refund me. I have a Citizens Advice Consumer Support reference and Trading Standards will now be involved. The manager is also a bit of bully towards women. Avoid them. There are alternatives
Absolutely horrendous
Absolutely horrendous, completely messed my phone up more and all I wanted was a new screen, staff was extremely rude and tried shutting me in the store. DO NOT GO TO THESE STORES!

Went in to get battery replaced. They cracked the screen and tried to say I had not paid. They also broke the home button. They are not apple specialists so I would not advise going there if you have an iPhone. If you do go there try to make a record of some sort of the condition. Also two blokes shouting at me is very intimidating.
