This is the third time we have purchased a phone at Fone revive. Yesterday I bought an iphone 12 for my wife's birthday. She is very happy with the phone and the service we received from the owner was excellent. He showed us a range of products and sought out the item with the longest battery life. We also purchased a cover from a wide range of possible products. I highly recommend this company for the service they have provided each time a purchase has been made. The owner is very personable, polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

Came in with a broken tablet screen. Had it fixed in a few days and a screen protector fitted on it. Smooth process at a reasonable price.

Only popped in to ask a question about an ongoing issue I had with my charging point but she managed to sort it out in moments. Tks, will definitely come again!

After visiting 3 other repair shops to try and fix my sons iPhone screen which had had come off completly when dropped and and few things wernt working as a result, quotes were between £69-£99, but the man in clevedon shop popped screen back off fitted it correctly and didn't charge me anything, the relief and kindness and avoiding a costly price just before Christmas, life saver, ive bought phones from clevedkn branch before and had batteries replaced screens fixed etc and always been done brilliantly, and reliably.

The company looked to be full of shady practices when I was last at the Abergavenny branch, which is now closed for good.

Went to the Yeovil store, purchased a Google 7pro in excellent condition they where very polite and helpful, fast response to messages, Will buy a phone from them again.

I've worked with people for 42 years and in customer service.
The gentleman on the desk in Shirley shop was Brett, he was so helpful and customer focused, my wife accidentally crushed and destroyed my phone screen, I really thought it was never to work again.
I needed it for Mon for work.
I put the phone in sat about 3pm and got back sun 1030am the very next day.
I'm so grateful to Brett and his team.
I would recommend this shop the best in Southampton.
I got a receipt, only £75 pounds I paid £125 for a shop in totton precinct, for a cracked screen.

Don't get your phone repaired here (Portswood branch). The quality of screens they fit is incredibly poor. My phone is barely usable now as the touchscreen is unresponsive and the colours completely washed out. Charged £80 cash. Refused to rectify the problem. Also incredibly rude. Avoid.

my partner dropped her iPhone 11 Pro Max and cracked the screen. The same morning the shopkeeper at Fone Revive Torquay fitted a new screen and screen saver for £75.00. On arrival home, after a maximum of 20 minutes, the newly fitted screen had failed and cracked once more. The phone was taken straight back to the store and the man refused to do anything about it, suggesting my partner had dropped it again (this did not happen) and kept the full amount. He is not an Apple trained technician, does not use suitable replacement parts (a warning statement is now displayed on the phone since he attempted to fit a new screen) and is clearly unethical in his duty of care towards customers. We are now contacting Trading Standards.

On Saturday my mobile phone took a tumble into the toilet! After a rapid rescue & pat dry, it was working only intermittently. I struggled without success to take it apart so took it into Fone Revive in Stroud where the gentleman was quickly able to do this with his tiny tools & give it a thorough dry inside. I am delighted that it has been working ever since!

I recently visited Fone revive in Bridgwater and was helped by Rav , I bought a phone with exactly what I needed. But as my previous phone was broken and I did not know or understand how to transfer all my data. Rav very kindly suggested I bring both phones back in on Sunday and he would be able to transfer all my data which was all my phone numbers and contacts. He was as good as his word and very kind in helping me ,in doing this as I would not have been able to do myself . He spent about 2 hours helping me and was very patient, he then would not take any money for all his help. So thank you I am now reconnected and very grateful. I would highly recommend this shop .

I am nearly 80 but Bradley treated me with respect and didn’t talk down to me. He helped me with my problem and I left the shop a very happy (If old) lady. Bless you Bradley. I would definitely use your shop again

Wouldn't ever use again, scammed

I had the LCD screen and the battery replaced on my phone, they then said the back camera was faulty! So I paid another £30 over the original £250 CASH " Our card reader is broken "!!!!
REPORT!!
The battery seems the same or worse (it was going down hill anyway) so probably not replaced!
The back glass has started ungluing in the hot weather, and the bak camera is permanently out of focus.
I could have had all this work done with Samson for slightly less!
MY MISTAKE.
DONT GO TO PHONE REVIEW!!!!!!!
PS The "free"" screen protector does not allow your finger print!!!!
