Nikhil at the Eastleigh branch could not have provided a better service, he sorted an issue with my laptop in minutes and his rates were unbelievably reasonable. Also very professional, personable service. Very happy to recommend.

Absolutely terrible service, purchased earphones from them and it broke the next day, they also upcharge everything they sell terribly and charge for simply visually looking at the phone and not actually repairing the device.

Save your money and go to a more reputable store!!!

I had an awful experience at Fone Revive in Kingswood Bristol, I had cracked my phone screen, and took it to get repaired here. They fitted a new screen on my iPhone and said if anything goes wrong or doesn’t seem right with the screen, to contact them and take it back. Well, I have had issues with my phone screen ever since, the screen would sometimes completely go blank and stop working, or it would go purple for a couple minutes and then go back to normal. I paid £300 to get this done… I tried to take it back for them to look at, and the lady never returned my calls or messages.

Secondly, I have only gotten my phone repaired from here just over a month ago, and one night my screen came up with this large white mark on it, and I was unable to use my phone at all. I took my phone up to the shop and asked them to look at it, seeing as it’s a screen problem which they only fitted a month ago. And the technician there was incredibly rude and intimidating and said it was nothing to do with them and the only solution is to spend another £300 to get another new screen with them. Completely careless and completely change their tune after they had already got their money from me.

Anyway, in the end I took my phone to Apple to get it repaired, wasn’t going to risk get scammed by another phone repair shop again, do not shop here, they don’t care about you or your gadgets after you’ve paid them!!

Excellent service and a great price. Took my overheating phone for repair intial thoughts were battery, they tried but no joy, then tried the charging port but still no good they then replaced the ribbon cable which solved the problem. I went to collect and only got charged for the ribbon cable (£30). Kept well informed throughout a great team.

We live near Chippenham and the staff at Fone Revive there have always been very helpful for various mobile related issues. My old iPhone SE had finally failed and I bought a reconditioned iPhone 7 from them for £90 but they also put in a new battery plus switched over all information from the old phone. I’m not a big phone user but this new unit is perfect for me ! Thanks again to them for such excellent service and friendliness!

Long story short but.... A couple of weeks ago I went to fonerevive in Clevedon to fix my broken screen. After a long wait the screen was finally fixed and it costed me £250, but the camera and the torch where not working. I came back to the store, the guy that was there said that was camera fault and I needed to replace the camera.... I went to Samsung to try and fix the problem.... Samsung said they couldn't fix the problem because my fone was fixed first by a third party and I lost the warranty, and that fone revive have messed up when they fixed my screen. They damaged the mother board, they, didn't sealed the fone properly and they put glue on my fone. I went to fonerevive again with all the information I was given from Samsung, another guy that was there asked me for the Samsung report.... ( Samsung don't give me report because they didn't fix the fone). One week ago I sent a email to fonerevive manager to complain and I still have no answer... I am being completely ignored. Now I have a fone that I still paying for and is not working properly and fonerevive doesn't take responsibility for the mistake they have done...
Fonerevive if your workers don't have skills to fix the fones properly don't do it. Never ever I will be back to this store.

I wrote a bad review on Google as well, I had an answer from the store that they would fix my problem. They changed the camera, the problem was not solved... ( I have been telling fron the begging the problem was not the camera )...
Now I will go till the last consequences to try and make fonerevive assume the responsibility in the mistake they have done...

I was not inclined to buy a phone, either new or second hand, from a ‘phone shop’ rather than a manufacturer like Apple themselves, but this experience proved me wrong. The customer service by Violeta and Malik was excellent. The price was cheaper than I would have paid and these two spent so much time transferring my data from my old phone to the new one and then helping my wife do the same with hers. We are not the most ‘techy’people so they explained everything very patiently. They were very friendly and the result was first class. Highly recommend these two.

Fishponds Road store in Bristol. Really friendly and honest staff, great service and reasonable prices. First time I went there i thought my phone was broken, turns out it just need a really good charge which they were honest about rather than saying they had fixed it. Will use this store every time from now on.

Had time to spare. The staff fixed the phone there and then. Explaining each step. Friendly people. Very knowledgeable in there work with phones.

I visited Fone Revive in Plymouth after falling onto my phone which was in my pocket with a broken screen. The chaps in the Plymouth did not have the Samsung S20 screen in stock but ordered it and i went back the next day. Repair was completed within 2hrs and staff were very proffesional and courteous. Really pleased.

Really unhappy with the customer service at The Newquay store.
My son was told his replacement battery would be a genuine Apple battery.
He was told it would take 45 minutes, upon his return he was told that during repair his screen had been damaged but that a replacement (also non genuine) had been put on. He was told to come back later.

The battery replaced is not genuine, not only not genuine but faulty.
It was heating up red hot and a temperature warning was displayed.
My son walked into the store with an iPhone 13 with genuine componants and left the store with faulty 3rd party componants. Today he has been to Apple whose customer service technician said he had never dealt with an iPhone so hot.
Today at Apple he was given the option of replacement screen & battery at a cost of £374 or upgrade for £449 px his old (iPhone 13) now faulty phone. He's 17, at college, working to save for a car. Correspondence with the Newquay store has been very unprofessional, rude and indecipherable in parts.

I took my mobile on Friday 9 August 2024 to have my mobile broken screen changed. It took him hours to changed the screen for a very dark one, I cant see. Charged me £ 65.00. Soon after my mobile was HACKED, my incoming and outgoing calls are cut off, while trying to use my mobile I can hear strangers talking. BE AWARE!! Very arrogant when I went today to complain he REFUSED to refund me for damaging my mobile. I lost £ 65.00 for me a pensioner is a lot of money. BEWARE of This shop.

They change my broken screen in my iPhone. They told me that it wouldn’t be the original screen, but the replacement would be as good,
They charged £99
The replacement screen is so dark you can’t use it outdoors
When I got back to ask for advice, they were rude, told me it’s my fault it’s not working as I was aware it wasn’t an original , they knew it wouldn’t work but were quite happy to mislead me. This is borderline fraud.

Overcharged prices

Fone revive charged me £120 for a screen replacement with a low quality screen with a warranty for 30 days only.

As soon as I dropped it on the floor, the screen and the protector broken again.

Excellent service - had a terrible experience with Apple Store in Southampton. Said they couldn't replace batter. Went into Fone Revive in Eastleigh - they fitted new battery and glass screen protector in 30 minutes. Very helpful staff who knew what they were talking about. Wish In had gone to them first and will nebver go direct to Apple in the future

Awful experience. They Replaced the screen faulty and they refuse to fix. The whole screen come off!!! Shocking service and so rude. Do not recommend if you want to lose your money! Ripping people off

Got a screen replaced. It didn't work they refused to do anything about it. The guy literally glued it on on front of me, but when i took it back saying it wasn't working he told me they check that everything works when installed. Won't ever be going back. £100 wasted
