I am very disappointed with the lack of customer support from Flysharp.

I have sent multiple emails, made several phone calls, and even contacted them via WhatsApp regarding my booking Unfortunately, I have received no response to my emails or WhatsApp messages, and my calls have not been answered.

This is extremely frustrating and concerning, especially as my request is time-sensitive and relates to updating my contact details for an upcoming flight. Without proper communication, I am worried about missing important flight updates or facing issues with online check-in.

A travel agency handling international bookings should provide reliable and accessible customer support. The complete absence of response across all communication channels is unacceptable.

I sincerely hope Flysharp addresses this issue urgently and improves their customer service standards.

Flight changed and no support – unable to reach Flysharp

My initial booking experience with Flysharp was smooth and straightforward, and I had no issues at all during the booking process. Unfortunately, things became very frustrating once a change to the flight was communicated.

I received an email from Flysharp informing me that my flight (PNR: D4I1KS) had been changed due to operational reasons and that I should select an alternative flight using a link in the email. Unfortunately, the link provided does not work.

I tried resolving this by contacting their support. Yesterday I called their helpline and, after waiting around 15 minutes, someone answered and told me that the rescheduling team would call me back within one hour. No one ever called.

I tried calling again this morning and waited on hold for about 20 minutes, but no one picked up and the call was eventually disconnected.

When there are changes to customers’ travel plans, timely support becomes very important. While the booking process itself was good, the lack of follow-up support in resolving this issue has been very disappointing so far. I hope Flysharp contacts me soon to resolve this matter.

Excellent Service

Like many others my Gulf Air flight to the Far East via Bahrain was cancelled due to the war.I Initially contacted Fly Sharp and spoke to Lucky who was most helpful in offering alternative flights avoiding the Middle East. When it was confirmed that my Gulf Air flight had been cancelled I spoke to Oliver at Fly Sharp who arranged a full refund without any problem. I found contact with Gulf Air next to impossible and information from them extremely limited. I thoroughly recommend Fly Sharp who I found to be extremely helpful and professional and I will certainly be booking with them again

worse customer support

I have booked the tickets through FLYSHARP and know the airline has change my ticket and iam trying to reach out to FLYSHARP on there given number but no one is picking the phone ( 02087050130) iam trying from last two days and even send them emails but no response my experience is not so good with flysharp as they promise customer support 24/7 but i think there is no customer support they just sell you the ticket get the money and bye bye . NOT A GOOD CHOICE .

Horrible company

I would give this company zero stars if I could, similar to others below, I have had issues with the booking, it appears payment has been taken but no ticket, no correspondence at all not even an email with a booking reference, phone rings out whatever time of day you ring and I tried multiple times, don’t bother using the WhatsApp number to chat them, messages show as delivered but no response received, emails receive no response. Contacted across social media platforms to ask if they are operating and again no response. No choice but to raise dispute through bank - luckily I took screenshots of the booking screens including the information for the payment processor (worldline in case that info is useful to anyone else) - to get my money back so I can rebook elsewhere with a reputable agent. Shocking customer service, if I operated like this in my job in investment I’d be out of a job pretty sharpish.

Good customer service, but can be slow

Edit: Upgraded my review to 3 stars (from1). Reason being, during the recent on going Middle East crises, all flights got cancelled, and to be honest while the reply could have been faster, I understand the pressure on the customer service team due to the massive load. I did get a response from the Whatsapp number, and was refunded the full amount. The refund took 4 weeks, but that is standard processing time from Qatar airways.

As with others, I had a flight booked from Man to Khi via Doha (with Qatar airways). The flight got cancelled and now I have been calling them non-stop since 01/03, literally the phone keeps ringing for hours and no one picks. No one is replying on their whatsapp, no response on emails. Will request a chargeback from my bank.

Flight Cancelled, No Refund, No Response - Avoid This Company

I am currently STRANDED in London because of FlySharp's negligence.

My Qatar Airways flight (LHR-DEL via DOH) on March 1st, 2026 was CANCELLED by the airline. I immediately requested a full refund as I had no way to reach my destination.

TODAY - I am still waiting. Still stuck. Still out of pocket.

WHAT FLYSHARP HAS DONE:
→ Booking Reference 8JK4ZE (Passenger: Ferreira) - CANCELLED flight
→ I have sent MULTIPLE emails demanding urgent refund - ZERO meaningful response
→ I have called repeatedly - given empty promises and generic excuses
→ I am stranded with no money to book alternative travel
→ Qatar Airways has ALREADY processed the refund to FlySharp, yet they are WITHHOLDING my money

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I am a passenger in distress, stranded in a foreign country, and FlySharp is keeping my refund while offering no solutions, no timeline, no accountability.

MY NEXT STEPS IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY:
1. Formal complaint to Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL protection violation)
2. Chargeback dispute with my bank (full documentation ready)
3. ABTA complaint for breach of consumer protection
4. Legal action through small claims court
5. Formal complaint to Trading Standards

I have documented EVERY communication. I have evidence of the cancelled flight. I have proof of Qatar Airways' refund to FlySharp.

FLYSHARP: You have 48 HOURS to process my full refund to my original payment method. After that, regulatory and legal action begins.

To future customers: DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. If anything goes wrong, you will be abandoned. Book directly with airlines - the small savings are NOT worth this nightmare.
