I am currently stranded in Thailand due to the Middle East situation. I have been ringing/emailing them for the last 5 days and I have had no contact from them whatsoever. My airline (Etihad) has informed me that I need to contact the agent to re-arrange travel home however FlySharp as mentioned above have just ignored my emails/calls. Please do NOT use this company!

Tried to post this on Google reviews but of course they restricted the reviews being posted there ( that's probably why their Google reviews aren't on the floor )
My flight with Gulf Air was cancelled due to airspace closures. While the airline was very helpful and granted a full refund, Flysharp has made the recovery process a nightmare.
Being stranded overseas, I have tried reaching them by every means possible. I sent multiple messages to their WhatsApp helpline, which took them four days to answer, only to be told I needed to contact them from my registered number, which I was already doing. Despite the fact that I was contacting them with the number listed in my booking confirmation ( and that Gulf Air was contacting me on that exact number, provided to them by Flysharp) Flysharp continued to categorically refuse to begin the refund process stating that the number I was contacting them with was not registered. Simultaneously, I also sent numerous emails from my registered email address, which have been diligently ignored.
As I am abroad, I cannot shoulder the cost of calling the UK at €1.50 per minute just to be placed on hold for at least half an hour. When I attempted to call from a local UK number to save costs, they refused to help because the "number wasn't registered," despite them having multiple messages and emails by my registered contact information. And of course, after being hung up on, said emails continued to be ignored.
It has now been a week that this has continued, I am still stranded, and Flysharp continues to show a complete lack of customer service.

Ridiculous customer service
Ridiculous customer service. Etihad had cancelled our flights due to the war in the Middle East, unfortunately we booked through fly sharp who we tried to contact over the phone, email and WhatsApp and they just completely ignored us!! No answer and not even an email to update us on our flights taking place in 2 days. That’s £1400 of our money gone. Do not recommend flying with them at all!!

Very disappointing and frustrating…
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. My flight was rescheduled and I have been trying to contact the then for the last week to get assistance. I have called multiple times and sent several emails, but no one answers the phone and there has been no response to any of my emails.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. When passengers face issues with their flights, the travel agent should at least provide proper support and communication. Instead, there is complete silence and no help at all.
This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any travel agent . I would strongly advise the airline to improve its customer service and actually respond to customers who need assistance.

The customer service I experienced was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Across several bookings I spoke to five different colleagues, and every interaction was consistently unpleasant. Some were openly rude, others repeatedly interrupted me, raised their voices, or acted aggressively. One even mocked the way I spoke. At this point I don’t even blame the individuals, its clear they haven’t been given the proper training needed to handle customer calls professionally.
Every time I had to phone them, I genuinely dreaded it. They seemed determined to hold onto every penny, even in situations where I was fully entitled to a refund due to involuntary flight cancellations caused by airport closures and suspended services.
They were unhelpful from start to finish, and I will never book with FlySharp again.

Blocked number when I tried to cancel
I called this morning to cancel a booking for a flight to Sri Lanka which will not happen due to the on going conflict. The person on the phone looked up my issue then claimed not to hear me, and now my phone number is blocked and I cannot call back.

This company is a scam.
Due to middle East issues, flights are officially cancelled. You can see on the website. And yet these fools are saying flights are scheduled, and asking for more money to reschedule. Don't play with people's money, have some basic ethics.

What an awful experience so far. Booked flights through Skyscanner and it said trusted agent and highly recommended???? Must be joking ! I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Flysharp this booking. My Gulf Air return flights GF69 (Chennai to Bahrain) and GF3 (Bahrain to London Heathrow) scheduled on 4 March were cancelled, but neither the airline nor the travel agency (fly Sharp)informed me in advance.
I only found out that the flight was cancelled after I arrived at the airport. Because of this, I had to return to the hotel and face unexpected expenses and a lot of stress.
I tried calling the Flysharp many times and also sent emails, but I received no response at all. It is very frustrating that there was no communication or support during such an important international journey.
I am still waiting for clear information about my refund or rebooking options. I hope the company improves its customer service and communication so that other passengers do not face the same situation. I really very disappointed with FlySharp.
