Global Travel & Cruise Omdömen

Really easy from start to finish, as a family we have booked many trips with global over the years and the girls are all so hopefully, they go above and beyond and always find us the best prices.

We had our 30th wedding anniversary coming up and because we couldn't do anything for our 25th (Covid restrictions), we decided to make this anniversary special. We had chosen Oman as our venue and called into to our local travel agent. We were warmly welcomed by Clare, the branch manager. Between us, an itinerary was made. Clare is a very knowledgable and helpful person. It was pleasure to deal with her and Global travel.

Amazing staff friendly and very helpful making holiday planning a lot easier highly recommended.

Totally stress free experience with local Global Travel Company, West Kirby. Katie and Claire always go above and beyond with booking hotels and requests. Friendly and experienced staff and always feel confident with any recommendations they offer. Would never go anywhere else. Highly recommend this Travel agents.

Claire organised full holiday for us from booking planes, hotels. cruise and taxis between various locations and everything went like clockwork,a big thankyou to Claire for helping to make our holiday a memorable experiance

Always a friendly face and everyone very helpful. I wouldn’t book with anyone else.

Whenever I can, I like to spend my money with independent local businesses and Global Travel is a very good example why. We received excellent, friendly and professional service (thanks, Maria) when we booked a cruise through this company. I recommend Global and we will certainly be using them again.

Fantastic experience with booking our 10 night trip to Majorca with Global Travel, West Kirby. It was a great experience to be able to book with someone in person. We went in with a hotel in mind and Amy and the rest of the team managed to find the best price for us and tailor it to fit our needs. We had all our documents printed out for us and were provided with regular updates by the team. We love booking with Global Travel - have just booked our 3rd holiday with them.

Just returned from 11 nights at the Riu Palace in Mexico with my 2 teenage kids. I highly recommend the hotel it was superb. We have made some amazing memories and met some lovely people.
Thank you to Amy and the girls at Global Travel, your advice, knowledge and customer service has been first class, I will definitely be using you again

Having Maria as our local high street Global Travel Agent, took all the stress out of booking our recent holiday to Turkey. She listened to our requirements, provided us with the best package deal she possibly could whilst tailoring the holiday to our exact requirements. Maria even went ‘ behind the scenes’ contacting both the hotel & Jet 2 to ensure our journey, arrival, accommodation & return journey totally met our needs.
The superb Customer Service - especially Maria’s reassuring communications - have left us in no doubt about highly recommending Global Travel.

Amazing to book with, an extremely customer focused, experienced and attentive team who take the stress out of booking our travels.
Maria was fantastic at sorting our travel to Tenerife emailing the hotel and checking us in and following up on our holiday experience - really going the extra mile.
Fabulous attention to detail and customer experience all round from all the staff at Global travel - a pleasure to deal with thank you

So convenient booking with local company and actually talking to someone. Also knowing that if that are any problems there is an office to call at. We had a great holiday at a tui magic in Ibiza, all inclusive with great fresh food and exceptional service from all staff.
We will definitely consider going back.

Fantastic service. Helpful and extremely responsive. All staff made the holiday seemless and very enjoyable.

We are not very good with booking online, but Maria at Global done everything for us ,checking us in also printing all info we needed she is amazing as are other girls in there .They do it all with smiles and chat to us for ages .Maria makes it all so easy best way to book holiday . Highly recommend.

We have been using Global Travel for a few years now.Much prefer to sit and talk through our plans with helpful staff, than the cold face of the internet.Lets support our local businesses and especially those that excel
