I was recommended to try Pure Joy Escapes a few years ago when we were looking for a cruise, as we had little experience of cruises. Wayne was excellent in finding the right cruise, explaining everything and looking after all the detail. Since then Wayne and the team have booked all our holidays as they know what we are looking for and always get it right.I would recommend them if you value knowledge, reliability and great customer service.

Myself and my husband usually book our holidays online. However, since using Wayne to go to the U.S a couple of years ago we have returned each year to book with PureJoy Escapes (even booking another holiday to Vegas where we got MARRIED). I will always use Wayne now going forward and the only wish is that i knew about him sooner!

I can’t recount the number of holidays I have booked through Pure Joy escapes but all I know is I wouldn’t book via any other travel agency. The team in Ormskirk are so helpful and provide great advice even down to recommending excursions and restaurants. You feel like a valued customer the moment you step inside. It’s a real family business and the service is beyond exceptional. They booked me a fabulous trip to Barbados and when the airline cancelled flights they ensured that the holiday was rearranged without fuss or headache to us. I can’t praise them more highly.
