It's always a 5* review for Ben and the team at Huben. Not only do they make a great cup of coffee at the Travel Lounge, they are also first class at recommending locations and looking after you all the way through your holiday. Nothing is too much trouble and every trip we have booked through them has been better than we could have hoped for.
There is no need to go anywhere else

Bespoke, personalised service from Ben and Ashlie who really listened to what we wanted and were knowledgeable enough to make suggestions that resulted in an amazing holiday. Support throughout the stay further enhanced our experience. Support with flights when things went wrong in the Middle East really made me feel reassured and Ben was relentless in making sure our holiday went ahead smoothly. Having Huben to support us made the holiday a success.

Just attended the Seychelles evening at Huben Travel Lounge. Wonderful hospitality, as always, with a very informative private presentation about everything Seychellois. All our questions answered, with a glass of champagne in hand - what more could you wish for?

Wow we just had the most fantastic week and wonderful support all the way through from Huben. I woke up Saturday morning and Ashlie checked us all in taking a huge headache from me and they also moved the time of our transfer so eaily.

We find using Huben helps make our holiday that much more special. We have booked lots of trips with this company and they have never let us down.

We recently went on a touring holiday to Thailand and Laos and Huben organised not only the trip but completed the Visas for us. The rest of the group had to do the paperwork themselves on the borders. This was hassle free for us as very few people in Laos speak English. Other members of our group wanted the same service as us and contacted the company.

We like the fact that we know the individuals that run the company personally. This means if there is any problem however minor they sort it out for us.

Linda & I asked Huben Travel for something really, really special to celebrate our recent Ruby Wedding Anniversary.
The result was a three week Caribbean cruise aboard the Cunard Queen Elizabeth ex Miami. The booking process was seamless and it's quite incredible to understand Ben's knowledge & experience both of airlines & ship. In BA business class, Ben recommended seats in perfect locations away from the toilets & main thoroughfare then arranged a Miami hotel room with memorable views over the city & docks area where we could watch our ship arrive. The Huben Travel package included full taskings, informations & personal transfer details including linked companies & contact telephone numbers.
The Queen Elizabeth is a beautiful & stylish ship & again Ben surpassed himself by booking us a cabin with a balcony twice the size of a similar cabin of a similar price. Thanks Ben because who else knows both the layout of a BA doubler decker A380 and a cruise ship!
We had calls & internet contact from Huben Travel confirming that all was well & basically looking after us from thousands of miles away.
I could go on but I will just summarize by commending Huben Travel & the team for providing a top class travel experience and yes our special wedding anniversary dreams were met and will remain with us for the rest of our lives - THANK YOU

Before you read this review, imagine me standing on a rooftop shouting it out, as that's the kind of spotlight Huben deserves! I cannot recommend Huben Travel highly enough. What a breath of fresh air and what a pleasure to work with all the Huben team.

From the moment I first walked into their stylish and very welcoming travel studio in Cobham, Surrey and was greeted by Ben, my whole experience booking a holiday with Huben was fantastic from start to finish. A simply delightful team of knowledgeable, friendly humans in-house, online and on the phone who deliver helpful, detailed information and answer emails and calls promptly and with genuine warmth and interest.

Huben offers a friendly one-to-one personal service which continues from the first point of contact to the moment you get back home after a trip.
You are not treated like a number in their ledger, you're treated as an individual. They get to know you personally and pay attention to what you want and don't want. They are with you all the way, while away, (in the background if you need them) with useful personal communications by text & WhatsApp (not intrusive, just the right amount) and a reliable 24 hour customer service line should you ever need it, manned personally by one of the Huben team (no robots or long waits to get through)

Huben is the best travel agent I have ever used. And I am widely travelled. I've had some very bad customer service before (especially after settling the invoice!), but Huben have restored my faith in using a travel company to organise all my future trips, even a simple one. Their attention to detail is next to none, everything and more is thought of. They go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble. Communication and travel documents are perfect. It costs no more, and is far less stressful than trying to do it yourself. Indeed Huben can access deals and offer extras you cannot organise yourself as an individual.

Another wonderful experience with Huben. From transfers to travel, resort to relaxing, we enjoyed a seamless trip. The only problem was, we should have stayed longer!

We were so lucky to be upgraded at the resort to something very special indeed. This was our first visit to Blue Waters in Antigua and from the VIP passage through the airport on arrival to arriving at the accommodation, we felt welcomed and cared for.

The staff at this resort are warm and friendly. The accommodation and grounds are tended with care. There are waterside activities available (some, but not all at a charge). The all-inclusive option meant peace of mind.

All in all, we enjoyed our visit, appreciated the Huben organisation and would return for longer next time.

Huben Travel organised our honeymoon to Thailand, every detail was perfect. From the pick up from our home, to the choice of hotels and the fact they all knew it was a special holiday for us. Plus as with our previous booking through huben, they are so responsive when we have a query with almost immediate answers! Do you guys ever sleep?? Highly recommend

Ben and the team at Huban provided us with an excellent service.
We were delayed at Gatwick due a mechanical fault for 5 hours. Ben was the first person to reach out to us as he checked our flight departure from home on a Sunday. He then contacted Riviera emergency team and provided them with the information so that they could rearrange our onward travel arrangements.
Throughout our trip Huban were in touch to ensure everything was ok.
They even instigated the compensation claim that we were entitled to, I don’t know of any other travel agents who do this.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Huban Travel and we intend to use them whenever we travel in the future.

The definition of superb customer service

I can recommend Huben Travel 100% from start to finish. Huben travel contacted me with the offer of a short cruise in the Mediterranean with only a couple of weeks to departure. Having been made aware of this new line and completed additional research and spoken with Huben, everything was ready to go with all documentation, flights, private transfers and hotel booked prior to embarkation, most impressive. It was perfect from start to finish, only one fault, it wasn’t long enough! I am sure Huben travel will always be prepared to address this issue in the future.

I wanted to go on a Cruise as a solo traveller but was a little unsure and nervous. Walking into the Huben office was like stepping into a warm bath! Ben and Hugh were so welcoming, funny, professional and determined to find me the right cruise and the right company. Nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble for them. They held my hand every step of the way without patronising me. They told me they were always at the end of the phone even when I was on the Cruise. However, every single travel arrangement that they had organised for me was seamless and my journey could not have been easier or simpler both ways thanks to them. They recommended Explora for me and how right they were. They care about their customers and treat you as a friend. Ben spent time finding out exactly what I did and didn't want from a cruise. Explora was absolutely perfect for me - I loved every minute of it and have booked through Huben Travel to Cruise again for a longer time next April with Explora. They are absolutely the best in the business and I would not use anyone else. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

An experience like no other from Huben Travel in Cobham.
The office has a wonderful relaxed atmosphere with well travelled experienced staff which really helps when choosing a holiday . Prior to our departure we were sent a very smart pack with all the information we needed for our holiday ,including the layout of the hotel resort , restaurant's on site, activities and much more.

Booking our honeymoon through Huben was definitely the right idea. Sophie found us the perfect holiday and added all the touches to make it special. All the team at Huben go out of their way to ensure your holiday is perfect and their attention to detail is fantastic. Communication is clear and effective and it feels like you are part of their Huben family when you book with them. Their extra details make it all that bit more special. Our children had their Huben activity packs which they loved completing at the airport and on the plane. The packs also made for great activities at dinner whilst on holiday. All in all, a super experience and we will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Huben - you created the perfect family honeymoon for us.
