Who says online is everything? Call Brad.
I dealt with a gentleman named Brad who was excellent in terms of handling the booking.
Their was a complication with my original booking which I wasn't so pleased with but he still managed to come up trumps as per my requirement.
Thought it would be easier online but Brad brought it altogether efficiently.
Ask for Brad if you call the office.
