Back in 2019 I spoke with Myra, with a phone call and 2 emails we had a fabulous holiday booked and paid for in full. As June 2020 got closer we had to rebook (COVID rules) once again Myra helped us out by pushing the holiday back 5 months. However, travle rules were still in effect when November came around. Myra pushed our plans back again we agreed to contact her in May 2021.
When the time came we contacted Myra again, she nolonger worked here but Jessica said she would be more than happy to help.
WHAT A NIGHTMARE!
16 emails and 2 weeks of begging, haggling and suggesting to Jessica what we could do and how to arrange flights to America. I had to get Flyamerica customer service involved(Not professional at all nothing was solved) I was made to feel that making plans for my (already paid for) holiday was a bother and they nolonger wished to assist me.
In the end I had to make an internal phone call to Delta (in the USA) in 9 minutes they had my flights and seats sorted.
Lesson learned the hard way, this is not a professional customer friendly company!

Jessica was brilliant in assisting me find a good deal ticket to ATL..Her customer service is top notch.I will recommend her to all.
Furthermore, I will be using her for all my future travels.

I chose to ignore the bad reviews..... BIG MISTAKE
They are con artists, they get you to book, then prey on your disappointment by offering you a more expensive holiday(ranging between £500-£2,000),saying your flight or hotel is no longer available, or that they can't find your booking details (even though I had an emailed confirmation). I spent 3 hours trying to sort out this fiasco, speaking to 3 different members of staff all Philippinos (so God knows where their call centre is) I gave up waiting for their calls and booked elsewhere

We have the same issue. We booked flights in January and at the moment are being fobbed off by Jessie as to where these flights are and if they are still available. At the moment no one is answering our emails. Deposits have been paid and looks like we are going to loose out.

The service was excellent. Myra understood the problems I was experiencing and helped to resolve them all. Can't thank her enough! Would definitely use again.

Was guaranteed flights to Florida by their operator and this was put in writing.The operator then proceeded to fob us off whenever we tried to pay and then started lying about when the flights were available. Eventually these flights never emerged and we lost opportunities to guarantee other flights.

Bought my ticket from Jessy. Very efficient. When I requested a change ,this was done effectively. I highly recommend this company and thank you Jessy.

I was very impressed with the service received, the operator David clearly knew his job and was most helpful with the booking. I will certainly be using his service in the future.

Sales person Jessy was very quick to understand our requirements and his suggestions considering our age are very much appreciated. We would contact him in future if we need.
