Great service actually, I was a bit stepping back because of some bad reviews that I red.
Finally, things went so smoothly.
I booked my ticket over the phone, pay only 10% to secure it & went to the Mayfair agency to clear the balance & collect my ticket without any faus!

I was a little dubious about the Flyamerica website initially due to the low prices quoted. However after giving David the 3rd degree I was reassured and went on to book my flight. He was kind, well informed and patient with my 'technophobic skills' and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a discounted National Carrier fare.
I will be using this company again later in the year! G

I was able to find an itinerary to my specifications, and which suited my budget.I like the way things were e-mailed to me,while I was on the phone, for the purpose of making sure everything is correct. i also liked the way the phone line stayed open when I was making the rest of my payment, so that the rep would be there if anything were to slip or go wrong in the process.
