We’ve been with Fluent for almost 5 years with absolutely no regrets. In the rare occasions we’ve had issues, the customer service has always been outstanding. Homer was exceptional and patiently helped me in getting my sensor better aligned with the magnet on my front door and he helped with removing the panic alarm. I very much appreciated Homer and his skills.

Sam Ouk delivered five-star service in every way. Not only was he prompt and professional, but his friendly and approachable manner immediately put me at ease. His deep knowledge of the alarm system was clear, and he took extra care to explain certain features, customize settings to fit my needs, and ensure I was completely comfortable with how everything works. It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine customer care. I would recommend Sam without hesitation to anyone looking for exceptional service! He is the best! ☺️
