Promptness

When I was ordering my go curl Pro, somehow it ordered two of them. I reached out to the flown beauty. company right away and they removed one of my items. I was very pleased. Zy assisted me. Thank you for your prompt reaction.

Great styler

Return Issue

I returned a Numoya hot brush in February as it was not suitable for my needs. I was guided through the returns process step by step by various members of staff. For some unknown reason my parcel was held up in customs, and it appears it still is. Marie Cowell kept in constant touch with me, assuring me I hadn't been forgotten but as they had not received my parcel their hands were tied. As a goodwill gesture Marie arranged a refund for me that I received immediately, even though they still haven't received my return parcel. This is very much appreciated and I would like to thank Marie for all her support and for eventually sorting out my refund. Excellent customer service!

I made made a purchase and a few hours…

I made made a purchase and a few hours later, prior to shipping, I decided I did not need it. I contacted them immediately and within a few hours had a respondse back and refund in my account. No questions, no back and forth.

Ella was a great customer Service Rep

Ella was a great customer Service Rep. I bought the Go Brush Pro, used it a time or two and was not happy with the end results. Ella helped me through the whole process with a resolution. She reached back each time without long delays and always had great news each time. It was a pleasure.

Useless, and expensive

Flown Gobrush Pro - Doesnt straighten hair as it doesnt grip - bristles are solid and spaced. Pretty useless

A No Refund " Total Refund Policy"

Daughter ordered by mistake so we didn't even open the box when it arrived. We asked to cancel the order right away and was told it was already shipped; it couldn't have been because it came three weeks later. Trying to return the unopened box took five emails and numerous requests from Zy to provide a picture of us using the product so obviously they didn't bother reading then emails. Finally they said I would have to return it to China which is prohibitive so they know you'll have to keep it. They offered a $17 refund off of $59. The address on the package had a US warehouse address but they say that isn't an address that they can use for returns. Even tho they say they have a full refund policy they do not fully refund total cost. Horrible customer support.

Cancellation easy and quick

Ordered item from this company, then realised I had inadvertently added something I didn’t want. So wanted to cancel order. Contacted company, who almost instantly cancelled order and replied saying order cancelled and money was being refunded. Then had nice email from Zy confirming action taken. Would use company again after this.

I did not receive the special charger I…

I did not receive the special charger I paid $18 for. My brush did not charge,and had to use a charger from another device. After requesting a $40 refund I managed to get $23.10 refunded. After being turned over to management ( I believe his name was Felix) by Erica, and ignored for 3 days, I managed to get back the money I paid for the special charger, I never received. I hardly think that the $5.10 (the difference) was appropriate compensation for the charger that didn’t work and the time spent trying to get a response from Felix. Erica was very kind, Felix ignored me. I agreed to the $23.10 refund, only because I figured something was better than nothing.
