I did not receive the special charger I…

I did not receive the special charger I paid $18 for. My brush did not charge,and had to use a charger from another device. After requesting a $40 refund I managed to get $23.10 refunded. After being turned over to management ( I believe his name was Felix) by Erica, and ignored for 3 days, I managed to get back the money I paid for the special charger, I never received. I hardly think that the $5.10 (the difference) was appropriate compensation for the charger that didn’t work and the time spent trying to get a response from Felix. Erica was very kind, Felix ignored me. I agreed to the $23.10 refund, only because I figured something was better than nothing.

Not for short hair

The customer service I received was timely and fantastic, thank you Marie for responding quickly to my emails. My only suggestion for Flown is not to advertise it as something that can be used on pixie short hair, it does absolutely nothing.

Been trying to get in touch with…

Been trying to get in touch with someone for two weeks to send my product back nobody has answered any of my emails and the phone number they give you is no longer in service so much for there 30 day return policy

INFERIOR PRODUCT NOT FIT FOR PURCHASE

Do not purchase anything from them as the products are inferior and when you have an issue the only way to return is to China which costs a fortune! They then offer you a third of the price back as a 'good gesture'! I shouldn't have been sucked in with the advertising as the product is rubbish and inferior and doesn't work!

I do not like the refund policy of the…

I do not like the refund policy of the company. They said it would cost me a lot of money to send it back to China as they only have one storefront-so I was basically forced to just take half of the refund and keep the item that I don’t want.
However, the people that work for the company are very polite and a man named Aaron was very helpful-so the employee’s customer service was nice Store return policy is terrible.

I received my GoBrush and when I…

I received my GoBrush and when I plugged it in and checked it several times it didn’t work. The on off button did not work. I contacted customer support and was told take make a video and send it in. Ella from the support team contacted me right away and offered to send me a new one. She has been so helpful to me. The customer support has been excellent. Thank you.

Amazing customer service!

I was concerned about the order I placed and wanted some clarification on it. I sent an email and within minutes, Brooke answered my inquiry and was able to assure me that my order was correct.
I was very impressed how quickly it all was resolved.

Marie from Customer Service extremely helpful!

After initially wanting to return an item - but the replacement item was out of stock, I was in communication with Marie who was very polite and accommodating - even though the item was not available. Unfortunately I assume due to the re-brand, the item I wanted didnt come back in stock so I ultimately took another one with a different country plug which Marie organised very quickly. I'm looking forward to receiving my new hair styler! Thanks Marie

Using your hair tool I. Europe

I had a question about using flow in Europe. If I’d thought about it I would have realized you charge at the outlet. But anyway. Very usable in Europe. Darwin had my answer right away. Great job!

THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY ARE A TOTAL RIPOFF! I got my styling brush fairly quickly, but experienced problems quickly. The brush only held a charge for one use. I put it on the charger and it wouldn’t charge. I tried different charging cords with no success. I reached out to return and after a week of “try this” and “try that” it still didn’t work. I asked for a refund under their policy. They finally agreed and then I found out I would have to return to China at my expense. I have been burned by this before. I was pretty upset because the company has a business address in WYOMING! I thought the return would have been straightforward. They offered me a 30% refund which I took.
UPDATE: COMPANY REACHED OUT AND HAS GIVEN ME A REFUND OF 70%.
