Thank you for delivering the roses to my daughter. Luck would have it that her spouse was at home at the time of delivery at 11 am on July 27. My request was to have it delivered late afternoon when she would be home. But it turned out ok. Next time I request your services, thank you for managing to deliver it around the time requested. I always wanted to make a surprise by sending some flowers to a sweet person. It’s a beautiful gesture. I’m glad she was amazed by the surprise and by getting this beautiful flower. My only disappointment was that the flowers sent didn’t look exactly like the one I bought from the website. I chose for a specific reason and I love the name from it, not sure even if the name of the flower was shown in the card and seeing the photo from home when was delivered, the flower was a bit different from the website photo. The flowers are beautiful no doubt, but like where’s the yellow on it? I just didn’t feel 100# disappointed cause what I wanted happened. I made the day of this person and she was very happy with my surprise to her. I’d definitely recommend but I’d just say what happened.

I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday and right from the offset there were delivery issues; I didn’t mind too much as it was dealt with promptly and they offered to upgrade my bouquet to the deluxe option. However, the flowers had significantly wilted by the beginning of the third day despite their advertised 5-day freshness guarantee. When I emailed pictures in they claimed that whilst it’s just a ballpark figure for freshness, a refund couldn’t be given and only store credit - a real shame for how expensive the flowers were but also the false advertisement. I opted for the store credit & chose to send some flowers to my sister…lo and behold the hydrangeas and roses were 60% wilted from their normal state upon arrival! I really do NOT recommend this company to anybody.

I made an error with the address and Harini from Flower Station responded immediately and reassured me that the delivery was on track. It was all done on time. The flowers exceeded expectation. They looked just like the website photo. No scams ! Packaging was superb.

It was unexpectedly coming the day before and left at the door, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise, it was highly appreciated and good quality.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend’s birthday in April which was good BUT it’s now almost August and at no point did I want to be on their mailing list so when I got an email I immediately unsubscribed but days later another email
So I responded stating I’d unsubscribed and please unsubscribed me only to get a response thank you for liking us so much. Another email again 3rd time unsubscribed and the other day another so I informed them I would leave a review and again thank you and another email today. I can’t stand it I’d have bought from them again but this blatant constant emails on and on about reordering I’m so angry. Just GO away

It is already three or four times that I have ordered flowers from Flower Station. I live in Miami Florida and I order flowers to be delivered in London every time it is perfect and the service even when I need adjustments is A+++ Highly recommended they will take care of you guaranteed

Have used Flower Station several times and historically been very pleased with quality of flowers and the delivery.
However on this last occasion - delivery was delayed & required prompting from me
The flowers were sent as condolences on loss of a partner, so not impressed

I found Flower Station to be very helpful, polite and efficient. I also liked the fact that l could phone them and speak to a person instead of a machine or communicate online. In this day and age that is definitely a bonus.
