The calla lilies shown in the picture of the arrangement I had chosen weren’t available and Desi emailed me to agree an appropriate replacement, which some florists would not have bothered to do. However, I’d already received an email to say the arrangement had been finished and was waiting for a delivery driver to be assigned, so I’m assuming that was a result of an automated system. The recipient was very pleased with the result although I didn’t see it.
I had given the wrong house number in the recipient’s address (my fault entirely) but the delivery driver rang me and we were able to sort it out.
I was very happy with the customer service, delivery and flowers, but I think the automated email systems could do with a check up!

Very easy to order and flowers are very fresh. I feel the photos make the bouquets look bigger and more substantial than they are and was slightly disappointed when I saw them. But very fresh and good quality. Just would want them to be bit more substantial

The plant sent was beautiful. However, the delivery process was problematic. The box in which it was packed was far too big and had not been kept upright, such that there was earth everywhere.
