I have been using the Flower Station for nearly 15 years and it always delivers beautiful bouquets, reliably and at a reasonable price. No other flower shop can compete with them so I have always used them no matter where I live from even before the ‘online days’.

Excellent customer service. Fair and ethical
Very impressed that after a mix up on a delivery (delivered prematurely) there was no questioning or hesitation to put it right and make an entirely new, full replacement delivery without charge. This is a customer focussed, ethical business.

Delivery was right on time, & delivery person rang me to ensure the wreath was left in correct place as this was a funeral wreath. Thank you. Would recommend.

The shop has q wide range to choose from and placing the order was simple and straightforward . I was kept informed about the delivery and the flowers arrived the same day, very fresh and beautiful - my daughter was almost crying with delight!
