Been a customer for awhile now, they are supposed to send a 30 day supply every month, was billed on the 24th of this month for it, no email or delivery as of yet. When I have called in the past and asked for someone higher up in customer service they refuse to put you through, unhappy with them and the product and so far

I was using Flore customized probiotics for 6 month. My symptoms before gut test were severe eczema, joint stiffness, constipation, gas, stool floating, which is sign of bad fat digestion, low energy. I practice Mediterranean diet and do regular exercises. As a result of that I received pretty good score 65, for my gut balance. After 4month customized prebiotic my score became 75. I don't have eczema, my stool not floting, my sleep and energy level improved. Left small problem with gas, which we will address in next month and I will finish this program. Thank you very much for so dramatic improvement in my health.

Shirin is so easy to know and knowledgeable! She asked about my concerns and we walked through my first report. I especially loved how she used metaphors to describe specific probiotic strains (the seals vs rangers…you know, they are based in San Diego). We discussed my goals, my diet and lifestyle. After 90 days on the custom probiotic, I’ve seen improvement and have scheduled my second call when I get the new report back. Looking forward to leaning more and impressed with the customer service.

Shirin explained our gut health with respect to the recent stool samples. She listened to our concerns and considered our changes in "input and output" so that the best custom probiotics will be formulated for our next monthly subscription. She also listened to our ideas on how to make the app more user friendly. We always learn nuggets of info during these consultations to better our gut health. We can't imagine moving forward without Shirin's expertise & consultations. Shirin helps communicate the customer's needs & the goals for the probiotic to the person who ultimately formulates the product. Thanks Shirin!

I wasn’t going 2 leave a review at first just leave mi very satisfied survey but then I saw the first review and I am curious how to tell that it’s cheap toxic plastic and also if the person tried to reach out to Floré about this first because they are pretty receptive 2 feedback in mi experience and while change doesn’t happen overnight I have def witnessed some good ones since starting over a year ago. I can understand feeling frustrated but I am genuinely curious if it is indeed toxic what a safe and friendly alternative would be? I personally love the bamboo it’s never triggered mi but I didn’t think about it that way and would love 2 learn and witness the progress. If it’s serious indeed what can oUi do? I don’t work here by the way lol hi I’m Louisa

Wonder if it’s “safe” plastic (I hope cuz pre pandemic they used to donate as pill containers nonprofits for countries in need and technically they’re for medical here 2). Maybe a big stretch but wonder if there’s possibility 2 build a bridge there and all benefit or maybe will just inspire an idea. thank u for the update! 🥳

Pps y’all just took a long walk in cold smoked some weed and took a shower so mi brain way more on lol just wanted 2 clarify so while u innovate would u recommend stopping use of the current bamboo container or is it just not ideal vs toxic like the last review said? Otherwise we can just keep refrigerated in original bag?

And I kno I’ve rambled plenty on email about mi musings on connectivity of body and mind and I mentioned on call I luv the coloring book and colored pencils but just wanted 2 add how excited I am 2 add that 2 mi bag it so cute and compact and even the slightest scribbling sitting spine straight up and focusing on some concentrated colors whether in the lines or out can do wonders for mi stomach sometimes if I’m caught in a moment and out in case that helps any1 🌚🐆❣️

O actually just saw answer is in ur reply 2 them it’s currently BPA free! And in case any1 curious 🐱 like mi BPA means:
“ a synthetic organic compound used in the manufacture of epoxy resins and other polymers; bisphenol A.
"BPA is often found in cans and plastics and other types of food packaging"”

Now the one thing that baffles me is how a company that portrays the mission of all organic and healthy send me a bamboo container with my name on it to store my probiotics and when i open it it has CHEAP TOXIC PLASTIC on the inside... shame on you. loved the phone call and the overall experience. now lets see how this will improve my wellbeing. just started so full steam ahead.

I have had an excellent experience with Flore. The help with the testing and the complete analysis of the microbiome. I just had my consult with Shirine. She explained everything and gave me the guidance I need to be fully satisfied with this program. Keep up the excellent work.

This company has been great through the registration, testing, development and shipping processes. Any questions or concerns have been addressed/resolved in a timely fashion (I worked with Cameron).
