It took me almost 3 months to get a problem fixed. They do not have a telephone number where you can call them, Orders take a very long time from order placement until you receive the order

The staff member that served me
The staff member that served me, went out of there way to help me, which I really appreciated. I have a wide foot and high instep which makes it extremely difficult to get comfortable work boots. I have worn these already with no blisters, aches or pain. Thank you so much.

Hi Robin, thanks for your review. We are very sorry for the issue. Due to Covid19, all packages are delayed. The latest info from your tracking link is that the package is arrived at RICHMOND,BC. It you are not going to receive it in 2 weeks, we will make a refund for you or replacement for you. In the mean time, we have also send you the email to address the issue, in case the mail from trustpilot is lost.

The pictures are beautiful when finished however my first picture did not have enough diamonds of one colour and after several emails with no response I had to use the other colours to finish. My second picture, after waiting a month to get was not the picture I ordered but I did it anyway. I sent an email regarding this but am still waiting a response.
