It took me almost 3 months to get a problem fixed. They do not have a telephone number where you can call them, Orders take a very long time from order placement until you receive the order

There was a delay in delivery. Coming to the product itself I would have appreciated some way to stack up multiple dota of the same colour and stick them together. And while background doesn't need the dots.

Wrong order received no reply from customer service

Unfortunately, I have not yet received the picture I ordered at a price of 24€ and it has been since March. something to be happy about

Loved the picture I made. It was for a gift and the person loved it. Had enough drills. Will order from you again

Canvas is plastic and not a nice fabric like. All three pictures I bought were blurry and pixelated. You couldn’t make out what the thing was. They were all larger sizes so there’s no excuse for not taking the time to chart it right.

It took a long time to arrive. Too too long. Then quality was not what I expected at all.

The diamond dot turned out nothing like the picture.

My package got lost but aside from that the customer service was great, they were nice and gave me a refund for the diamond painting i ordered last summer, of course it hasn't arrived but that's okay, they did their best and that's what matters

I have sent two emails, commented on your FB page, and messaged you through FB a few times - I have never received a response. I placed an order November 30th and still haven't received it. I haven't even received notification that it shipped!! I love what I ordered and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. How can you have such bad customer service?! If you can't get the product out, shut down the website. Or just respond!!

I've been sending a Lot of messages trying to reach You guys out! I haven't received My order because the mail company that You choose to work with it's a Mess!
I want a refund!

Excellent quality and design, but kind of long shipping time.

I love my Diamond Art from Floating styles. Its easy to use and even though I'm not done with it yet, it's looking good what I do have done. I will be buying more.

The designs are fun, the art & tools are of good quality and as indicated. The shipping timeframe is very undesirable! It takes weeks to receive any package. I’ve ordered a few times just to give them a chance and have been disappointed each time in the time it takes to get to my door.

I have sent two emails with put no replies back from your company! I did receive the custom made diamond painting! I sent in in a picture of a guy and his daughter and I got two to hair less cats! If I do not get a response from this I will dispute it with my credit card company to get my money back!

Please make canvas symbols, letters, and numbers bigger especially in confetti areas. Thanks

I ordered a square drill Diamond Painting by mistake. I thought it was a round and told them I thought I ordered a round as I don't do square. All that was done was they send me a copy of my order instead of offering to exchange it. I will not buy anymore DP's from this site due to no resolution on this matter.
