The agent was very good , company policy can do minor changes
The agent was very pacient and had the best intention to help her name was Myra
The company had a policy to veryfi your identity with pictures of your card and ID which made me feel a bit uncomfortable
With smaller changes on the company policy and the great agent that helped it would have been the perfect experience
Still at the end I was happy with the results because of the great help from Myra
