Harry Smith is great!

I am very satisfied with the service provided by the agent Harry Smith, who found a very convenient fare for me. He was very attentive and polite and was on the phone with me until i got the trip confirmation

this flight agency is awesome

TOM LINCON is the best agent that I have ever worked with. I have never had a travel agency work so quickly and kindly to change my reservation when I booked the flight and then needed to change it. The not only changed the flight for me but they found me an even better return flight then my option. He was kind and funny and patient. I will be booking tickets with them again for surely.

This site is horrible

This site is horrible. They bait and switch constantly. You will see a great price but when you go to pay or even after, they will say that price has changed. It is better to just deal with a reputable site with the fare that you are going to pay from the get-go. My fair jumped up over $60 each ticket!
They were aggressive in there dealings with me and when I questioned them, they suddenly dropped the rate to $35 per ticket increase, but when I insisted they honor the original price they wouldn't budge. I ended up cancelling the flight.

Great help from TOM LINCON

TOM LINCON was very helpful on getting passenger info changed on the tickets. Customer support gets an A++++. They also have the best price when we booked our tickets

STAY AWAY FROM FLIGHTSBIRD, BAIT and SWITCH pricing!

This site is horrible. They bait and switch constantly. You will see a great price but when you go to pay or even after, they will say that price has changed. It is better to just deal with a reputable site with the fare that you are going to pay from the get-go. My fair jumped up over $60 each ticket! Ridiculous. And the customer service is foreign and non-helpful.

Brock was a HUGE help!

Brock was a HUGE help!. I saw a price earlier today and when I went to book it - the price went up. I spoke with Brock and he honored the earlier price I saw on line. I am happy!
