Winston was Awesome!!! Was honest and got great price for our flights. He even email me our information needed. I will be using Winston again!

This service is a total scam. They advertise a significant lower price on their website. They allow you to book at that price only up up charge you a few days before the flight. They take your money but will not email the tickets until you pay additional money! It’s a total scam!! Stay away!!!

DO NOT BOOK THEM THEM !!!!Trust me !!! I booked my ticked 2 weeks ago found a good fee they call me to charge me additional $300 because the price changed and they can only offer that . They kept my original price send me confirmation of the payment the airline information but I haven’t gotten my tickets then stated that I will get my tickets 3 days before my flight leave and I need to call the airline how I’m I suppose to feel save if the guy that answered just tells me to wait and I’ll get my tickets. I called several times and said I will be getting an email and still while writing this review I’m in hold and nothing is resolved don’t trust this place at all especially if you have an important event to make it too you will definitely loose your money and your flight

Great Customer Service I was helped by an agent and a supervisor change my flight with ease. They also help me save over $150 on my original flight! 10/10 recommend

excellent customer service

I was skeptical as we had never heard of this company before and all other sites were reflecting prices almost twice as much, but it was legit. Winston was on top of it from the beginning and when I told him I would not have access to my email the day of travel which is when the boarding pass was to be printed, he forwarded me the itinerary from the airline in advance to ensure I did not have any issues at the airport when I arrived. I will definitely be using them in the near future for my upcoming trips. Thank you!

Winston was so awesome in finding ne a great rate and being their for my daughter and myself even calling to make sure we made it to our destination and checking on our plans for our return trip due to the winter storm warning. I highly recommend this agency and will keep his phone number in my phone for future trips.

Ive used this company multiple times and never had an issue with them. They answer immediately when you call with no wait time. They always have the best rates the whole team is awesome and helpful, but Steve is the go to man!! If you want to save money on travel, absolutely call them!!

But I spoke to Agent brooks, he explained me everything and made me comfortable.
I booked my tickets and trust me the best price I can get.

I booked a flight for $87 and only an hour later received a cancellation. It said I should call customer service if I thought it was an error, so I did. I was then told that the best fare they had was $592, which was far above even the airline site. When I told them this was a scam and I would turn them in, the man began yelling at me. Do NOT recommend.

They are FRAUD, this is the 2nd time! This time my credit card was charged already, they sent me a confirmation for the flight, I just called because today is my flight, and I have not received the AA confirmation, only to be told the flight is not available! After my card was charged?

Quick and easy booking

Well to be honest I read a couple of reviews and got a bit nervous, but my experience was way different. The agents assisted me very professionally and the best part, I didn't have to wait long hours for anybody.
Had to call them again and Winston was full of patients with me, guided me throw all the process, great guy excellent service.
My thoughts about the company flipped to 180 degrees.

These is a total scam! Don’t book with them ! We booked a flight, they took the money right away and it’s a day before the flight and the ticket hasn’t been issued. We called every day and it was in progress. Even the same day we booked it we got a call back saying we could call AS airlines and choose a seat since our fare was not restricted. They are scammers !!! Don’t book with them !!! Now they are saying we have to give them more $200 more!!! Total scammers! How do they operate in the US? Aren’t there guidelines?
