I’m satisfied!!!! I got the Flexispot E7 in black and it looks so great with my wooden Desk!
The installation was done in only 30 minutes. The manual is super easy to understand and translated in several languages.
The desk moves very smooth and quiet.

He comprado un Escritorio E1 con teclado EF1, administrador de cables y ruedas.

El montaje es sencillo, hay que prestar atención a los detalles del esquema, se necesita ayuda ya que la mesa es bastante pesada. Con las ruedas se mueve fácilmente de ubicación y tienen frenos para que quede quieta en el lugar elegido para trabajar.

El tablero de Arce es muy bonito, grosor apropiado y cantos redondeados. Algunos agujeros hay que hacerlos a mano, los principales sí están hechos.

Una vez montada se ve una mesa de alta calidad y funcional, el motor es muy silencioso y las memorias para regular la altura van genial.

Yo mido 180cm de alto y para trabajar sentado poniendo la mesa al mínimo y contando el grosor del tablero y el extra de las ruedas queda un poco alto por lo que recomiendo comprar el accesorio para teclado y ratón o optar por una mesa de las que llegan más abajo. Seguramente sin ruedas no sea necesario.

The materials are quite well designed! I had an issue with a missing piece and the sales team worked to solve it as fast as possible and so nicely. 5 stars for flexiSpot!

The desktop came completely damaged was scratch on top and on the side was ruined. After contacting the support the response was "We can partial refund 10 euros"... You spend more then 200 euros for a desktop, it came completely damage and instead of changed it for a new one they want to give 10 euros back... that's a joke.

Service is great!
From the moment I complained about a minor breakdown that required the replacement of one plastic part, I have been looked after by the after-sales service of the Company almost daily. I was informed what was happening, where, and when, and in less than two weeks, I received a replacement part. All in all, the service was fast, straightforward, and efficient.

Despite they don't send to the Balearic Islands they helped me to finally receive the product. It took a while, but finally I have it.

The desk is amazing. Easy to set up and I love working stand up.

I bought a table in August of last year, and in January one of the legs broke, and my table was tilted. I wrote an email to flexispot and they sent me a new leg very quickly, and everything was fixed in 2 weeks. I have recommended flexispot to all my friends who work from home.

Great experience on their website and customer service. I chose the EQ5 and can't be happier with it. High level quality product. Easy to mount. At the highest level the EQ5 is quite stable. Will repeat with them!

Desk EQ5/ED5 with some accesories on black friday.
Initially the order was not complete due to lack of stock in the ordered color, but after writing to customer service, I got the order completed with the available options. It arrived quick and well packaged. The instructions to mount the table and chair are clear and easy to follow.
The chair is simply amazing, so much better than anything I have tried before and the table is also great quality and very stable. I highly recommend both.

It is my second purchase. This time unfortunately the 2 boxes were delivered damaged. The table has at least 1 damage on top. I didn't see the bottom part. The structure has at least 1 piece broken and unattached of the part. I contacted Flexispot Spain reporting the problem with photos and was asked if I would accept a partial refund as there is currently no stock to replacement. They said that there should only be stock at the end of December. I replied saying that I do not accept a partial refund and that I prefer and want a complete replacement of my order since the boxes and products came damaged. I hope that the problem will be solved in the best possible way with the replacement of my order soon. The previous experience was good and I have to praise the after sales customer service. I definitely recommend the standing desks. Thanks.

I bought the Flexispot EQ5 and deliver was fast. Also the table is very durable and very stable even on the highest position.
The instructions to mount were very clear and the process is simple enough to follow.
Very glad that I bought this table and I hope it lasts a few years.
