I have had an EQ3 desktop for almost three years. It is the three stages model as I like it to go below 71cm.
Works perfectly and the only issue I had is that recently it started to bounce back 3cm when lowering from the top memorised position to the lower one.
I talked to the support service of flexispot and they recommended me a simple press of "down and M" for 10 seconds that solved the issue.

I came to Flexispot through a friend. The truth is that they has done quite well. I bought two desks for home. One with one engine and another with two. Both are a great purchase!

Also, in the process I had a problem with the board. It arrived with a little imperfection. I contacted after-sales service and they sent me another one. Without any problem. I highly recommend this company, and the idea of the elevable desk.

Excellent product. I bought one of the standing desks and works just as it should. The set up took about 1-2h and after that there's been no maintenance or any other thing needed. I've been using it now for a couple of years and I'm so happy with it and all the benefits of using a standing desk.

Also, I had to contact the support team recently and there helped out quickly and efficiently.

El servicio es de lo peor, te dicen que tienen stock, después no lo tienen, te dicen que tendrán stock para la siguiente semana, después que hasta febrero nada.

La gente que trabaja ahí no tiene ni idea de nada, ni se ponen de acuerdo en que decir. A ver cuando me llega... si es que me llega...

Made an order and informed my desk would be shipped on November 30th. Today is December 7th and I have no news about the desk, they only send the wood piece.

El escritorio es perfecto, buenos acabados y los motores son muy silenciosos.

El trato al cliente es brillante. Les pedí unas medidas del tablero que no estaban en el catálogo y me la pusieron.

I bought the table 13 days ago and still waiting for it. They said that Flexispot was in "advance sale" and they didn't had the table at moment of purchase. How you selling something that is not available?!

After sales service very much on par with the excellent quality of the products.
Every now and then a defective product gets to see the light of day - normal, happens to every company. That's when a good after sales service makes a whole lot of difference.
At the second iteration, after realizing the issue I was having, these guys - all of them very nice, by the way - were already offering me the chance to replace the faulty product free of charges. Which happened in a week.

Purchased the E7 table, the tabletop was damaged, a replacement was sent without delays, in perfect condition. Support was 5*, products work very well, and have a very robust build.

Servicio malísimo, después de un mes sigo sin mesa, envían las patas y el tablero por separado. Cuidado si pides más cosas como yo, brazo para sujetar monitor y organizador de cables, que tendrás que ir a recogerlos tu, no te lo envían a casa

El soporte que dan es en inglés, si compras una mesa con ellos, buena suerte, cruza los dedos para que te llegue.

No aceptan devoluciones de más de 3 paquetes, y en mi caso me enviaron 4, así que tendré que rezar para que me llegue. Esto lo hacen a propósito, así que muchisimo cuidado si tienes algún problema con el envío como yo.

Compramos el pasado mayo el modelo Q8. La mesa es robusta, está muy bien diseñada y los materiales son resistentes, más de lo que pensaba que iba ser. Pero lo más importante y la razón por la que he decidido escribir esta reseña es por el servicio de post venta. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el controlador del motor y nos ayudaron con rapidez y eficiencia. En pocas horas el problema estaba resuelto.

Empresa seria, envío rápido y con una magnífica atención al cliente. Compré la mesa ESD1 para estudio de grabación y en mi opinión es un gran producto. 100% recomendable.

La atención recibida tanto antes como después de la compra ha sido excelente.

A destacar la atención al cliente y calidad del producto.
Pedí una mesa completa, en una semana tenía la estructura y el tablero en casa. Llegan por separado. El tablero llegó con un defecto pero tras contactar con ellos me lo reemplazaron sin ningún contratiempo. La comunicación fue mediante correo electrónico respondiendo siempre muy rápido. La calidad del producto es muy buena. El montaje es sencillo, si bien es cierto que tuve que echar mano de algún video de youtube ya que me surgió alguno duda respecto al manual de instrucciones que no tenía mayor relevancia.
Opción de compra recomendable.
