I just join new driver with Fleeto. I don't know about the company that much but i am really happy about their customer service. I think this company is the best customer service. Because before i contact other company aswell but the other company is not good like Fleeto. Hope so i will stay long journey with Fleeto.

Avoid Fleeto at all costs.

I strongly regret dealing with this company. I went there to hire a car, and my experience with Mr. Amir was extremely disappointing. The way he spoke to me was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. As a customer, I felt unwelcome and undervalued from the very beginning.

On top of that, they seem to charge extra fees for almost everything. If you are even a day or two late with a payment, they can remotely disable your vehicle, potentially leaving you stranded and unable to work. For anyone who relies on their vehicle for income, this creates unnecessary stress and risk.

Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are far better alternatives available. I also have serious doubts about the authenticity of some of the positive reviews posted here.

My experience was extremely negative, and I would never use this company again.

I completely disagree with several statements made in your reply. My review was based on my personal experience as a customer and reflects exactly how I felt I was treated during my time with Fleeto.

At no point did I attempt to use my review as a negotiation tool or in exchange for money. I left my review because I believe future customers should be aware of the issues I experienced, including what I considered poor customer service, excessive charges, and the risk of having a vehicle remotely disabled if payments are missed.

While you state that everything was discussed transparently, my experience was very different. I found certain terms and charges unreasonable, and I felt that concerns I raised were not handled fairly or professionally.

The fact that we disagree does not make my review inaccurate. Customers are entitled to share their honest experiences, just as businesses are entitled to respond.

I stand by my review as a truthful account of my experience and will allow readers to make their own judgement based on both my review and your response.

I strongly disagree with several points raised in your reply.

Firstly, my review reflects my genuine experience as a customer. Whether the vehicle was hired for a few weeks or several months does not change the fact that I experienced constant charges, financial pressure, and poor customer service throughout my time with Fleeto.

Secondly, while you state that all charges were contractual, my concern is the overall way those charges were applied and communicated. In my experience, there seemed to be a charge for almost everything, making the vehicle far more expensive than I initially expected.

Your statement that the vehicle was “abandoned” is misleading. I returned the vehicle because I could no longer continue under the financial burden created by the arrangement. It was not abandoned and suggesting otherwise creates a false impression.

I also reject any suggestion that my review was linked to requests for money or was anything other than an honest account of my experience. Customers have every right to share their experiences publicly, particularly when they feel they have been treated unfairly.

I stand by my review because it accurately reflects my personal experience with Fleeto. Other customers can read both sides and make their own informed decision.

Avoid Fleeto if you value good customer service and fair treatment.

My experience with Fleeto was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I felt that customer service was poor, and my interaction with Amir left a very negative impression. I found him to be rude, unhelpful, and lacking the professionalism I would expect from someone dealing with customers.

I was also unhappy with the number of additional charges that seemed to be added throughout my time with the company. The costs quickly became much higher than I originally anticipated. Another major concern was the ability to remotely disable vehicles for missed payments, which could leave customers unable to work or get home if they fall behind.

Based on my own experience, I would not use Fleeto again and would not recommend them to others. There are many alternative companies that provide a much better level of service and treat their customers with greater respect.
My case still not clear with them whenever I receive money in my account even £10 the automatically, take it I think they have my bank account so they have my login details as well but did something I don’t know but whenever even £1 come to my account, they will pick it up straight away the same day I don’t even realise.

I recently collected my vehicle from Fleeto and had a great experience throughout the process. The team was professional, friendly and very helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer my questions and made the handover process smooth and straightforward.
The staff were approachable and provided excellent customer service. Any issues or concerns I had were dealt with quickly and professionally.
Overall, a very positive experience and I would happily recommend Fleeto to other private hire drivers looking for a reliable vehicle provider.

From my very first phone call, Hiza was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions, guided us through the process, and made everything straightforward and stress free.

The entire application process was handled efficiently over the phone and WhatsApp. Documents were exchanged quickly, making the whole experience simple and convenient. A vehicle was arranged promptly without any delays.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff but had to wait for over 2 hours to get the key of my car.

Honestly? This is the best experience I have ever had dealing with a PCO hire company.

If you've been around the Private Hire industry as long as I have, you already know how much some companies lack basic etiquette and professionalism. Fleeto, however, is a complete breath of fresh air. Hats off to them their customer service was exceptional from my initial inquiry right up to the delivery of the vehicle.

Communication was incredibly fast, and all the paperwork was handled smoothly via email. It’s clear these guys have done their homework when it comes to business processes and efficiency. The staff were exceptionally well mannered and respectful even the free coffee machine at the main hub is top tier! I highly recommend any PCO driver to book through them.

I had a great experience with Fleeto. Special shoutout to *Yaamin* and *Mahir* — they were both incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

Yaamin sorted things out quickly and kept me updated, and Mahir went out of his way to make sure everything was handled properly. They did their job perfectly and made what could’ve been a frustrating situation really smooth.

The day i collected my new car, I was not given the time to ask questions about the payment, about the car function, and how to upload the car documents. All these poor customers services effected mine later start of job. I spent three to four days at home due to delayed response cause by Fleeto staff.

Great professional service

I didn't buy any car or rent from them, Spoken to customer service team regarding this issue, they have not resolved yet.why they sending me someone else documents on my email.Poor customer service, They need to improve customer data protection and identity.

My start with them is not good Im not happy from the service froom fleeto im off from work bcz them they provide mising documents , there staff is nit much professional and and ive collect the car from them but my uber didnt verify me from insurence bcz fleeto didnt infrmed insurence company tht they added me to there fleet it was so risky i drove the vehical and i bring it home when uber told me about that they cant verify me on insurence on my name under fleeto fleet ,its alarming and im shocked that wht if i was driving n police pull me over and they didnt verify me then ill be trouble im so scared and shocked i infrmed them and its been 2 days now
