Be cautious ⚠️
I am writing this to advise other drivers to be extremely cautious. This business appears to operate under several different names, including Fleeto, Simple Self Drive, and Pace Car Hire. My main issue concerns the return of my deposit; despite fulfilling my side of the agreement, the funds were withheld.I have noticed that critical feedback frequently disappears from this page, and the management's responses often deny documented issues rather than resolving them. I strongly recommend checking their terms very carefully and looking at external forums before committing. There are significant transparency issues regarding how they handle driver funds and multi-company branding

All deposits are handled strictly in line with the agreed terms and conditions, with any applicable timelines or deductions clearly outlined at the start of the agreement.
In relation to the company naming, Pace Hire was the original business name, later rebranded to Simple Self Drive, with Fleeto operating as a trading name. This reflects the natural evolution of a business that has been operating for over 20 years.
We also note that substantially the same review has been posted across multiple platforms and has been repeatedly updated over time. Regardless, if this relates to a genuine matter, we invite the reviewer to contact us directly with verifiable details so that we can investigate it properly.
