We still haven’t received it yet despite ordering it on the 14th of March, it’s now the 20th. Had to cancel the roofers we had booked in. So, safe to say we have had better experiences.

We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the delivery timeframe. Your order was placed on the afternoon of Friday, March 14th, with an estimated delivery window of 2–4 working days. As weekends are not included in this timeframe, your order is arriving just one day later than expected. We have kept you informed at all times of any updates with your order and when requested.
We understand how frustrating delays can be, and we always advise in our delivery terms not to schedule work until your order has arrived. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control.
We appreciate your order and hope that once received, the product meets your expectations. If there's anything further we can do, please feel free to reach out.

Helpful and efficient
Helpful staff and kept informed about status of delivery etc. Roofing gravel delivered in fully sealed bags - unlike experience from other retailers where bags either had holes or slits meaning in those cases it was less easy to move product without having to sweep up afterwards.

Great membrane easy install
Delivery was about a week after ordering so pretty good for a bespoke size. Membrane was 1.2mm and 8x3 M so came in at about 50kg, so getting up on the roof was fun. Once up it unrolled and unfolded into place fine. Plenty of glue supplied so don’t be sparing with it and it was fully stuck the next day. All good quality, I had the drip off with mine which works well and looks great. All in all very happy and the price was pretty good for the full kit too.
