Recently purchased two new ventilation tiles for our roof which has been suffering from humidity and a lack of air flow. The items were easy to source on the website, reasonably priced and it was simple to place the order. They arrived within a couple of days and very well packaged and are now installed on our roof and doing just what they are supposed to do. Many thanks!

Good price and due to project being an L shape needed two separate pieces which was useful to be able to get exact sizes cut as required. Speedy delivery too. Only feed back would be that I only required 4m of seam tape instead of a whole roll, so would have been useful to be able to get that too. Otherwise good service.

Great price and speedy delivery
Great price and speedy delivery. Picked up a 24sqm kit for the price of a 15sqm kit from other providers. Had a 15sqm roof to do so it gave me plenty of spare resin, catalyst and top coat so did not have to worry about not having enough materials. Trims were also great quality and well packed with the ends protected so no worries of damages.
Only thing I would suggest to them is in the tool kit for an DIY'er like me is to add in a syringe or a small measuring cup/cylinder for dosing the catalyst.

Thank you for your helpful suggestion regarding a syringe or measuring cup for DIY users too, that's excellent feedback and something we'll certainly consider for future tool kits. Thanks again for choosing us and for taking the time to share your experience.
Excellent servce
The sales manager initially indicated I needed to buy direct from the supplier, even though I wanted only one part. They stayed available for several minutes, checking their stock and actually found the part I was looking for - they even slashed the delivery cost by 50%. I expected a long delay because of that reduction, but no, the part was delivered on the next working day. Excellent!
