Terrible merchant - DO NOT BUY. Their product was not as described and when I reached out to request a return / refund, they ignored me and have continued to do so on multiple occasions

SCAMMERS!!
Item received was nothing like what was advertised. Extremely cheap product. Contacted customer services to arrange a return, initially had one response from them, then nothing despite repeated chasing.
In the end I had to raise a dispute via my bank, have just received the refund today, almost 4 months after putting the original order in.
I would advise anyone having similar issues with them to do the same, and if your bank requests an “expert opinion”, I got around that my pulling together a document showing photos of the online product versus what was received (detailed photos such as the stitching, zip, pockets, sizing).
They must be doing this to so many people and making a fortune from overcharging for cheap items. Infuriating.
I keep seeing social media ads popping up with the same lady, wearing the same jacket, but from different companies I’ve never previously heard of, I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s the same operation, so all, beware!!!

You won't get what you think. The actual product is not what's shown on the site pictures at all. No response to complaint and request to cancel the sale within 14 days, had to get resolved via my credit card.

I purchased beauty products and discovered they are counterfeit. Emailed twice and not had a response.

Absolutely terrible! Flasyon are operating against UK consumer law. Do not buy from Flasyon. Shipping took 31 days. Goods poor quality. Clothing not true to size. Zero response on email from the support/returns team. Terrible value for money. Absolute con.

Dreadful Company - I should have read the reviews before ordering. Nearly a month ago I placed an order which was confirmed. Money taken immediately and despite several emails chasing my order up, no reply. And their Customer Service tel.line is in a foreign language. So I have received nothing. Disgraceful....

Just had a delivery, finally of my order. And just as I'd left my review. I'd given up receiving anything! The trousers are a bit on the small side and crumpled and I note its suggested washing on a cold wash - hope they don't shrink. Anyway, no dispatch notice and a much longer delay in receiving this order - definitely wouldn't use this Company again consequently...

If there were a 0 stars I’d have pushed it. I was sent fake Dr Melaxin products. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!

I would give zero stars if this was an option! Disappointing customer service. I requested a return, was asked for photos and additional information before my return would even be reviewed, provided everything requested, and then received no further response despite chasing. Still waiting for a resolution and based on the other reviews here, I'm not likely to hear anything!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Scam company do not reply to emails about returns DO NOT order

I ordered two jackets from Flasyon. Both were nothing like advertised on their website and awful quality. I’ve spent over £100.
I have written to them 3 times to get information on how to return these items and I got one reply asking me to send photos which I did. And I’ve heard nothing since.
Do not order anything from this group. And any influencers advertising for them, please stop!!
I’ve tried calling the “uk” based number many times but get a Chinese answer phone every time and no reply to any message.

Scam website, do not order from here! My jacket arrived two weeks after I ordered it and is completely different to what I ordered, smells strongly of fish (which is the cheap glue and chemicals), and isn’t waterproof like it claimed! I paid £54 for what’s worth maybe £4 at best. No response from them so can’t get my money back.

I'd give minus stars if I could, I ordered a coat and what came was not what I ordered. At all. It came in a non-marked selotaped bag and the design of the coat was entirely different to that online. I've tried to reach Flasyon for a refund but they ignore my emails and if you call the helpline it is answered in Portuguese and you don't get to speak to a human.

Do not buy from this company . You will not get a return address and they write emails telling you the team are looking into it and to send photos etc . They don’t reply to emails . I ordered a jacket which was too small and didn’t look anything like they show on the website or instagram . You can’t return it . Do not buy anything from them

Do not buy from this company. The coat i purchased looks nothing like it looks on the website, cheap and poorly made. It took forever to arrive and now it has and i have requested an address to return it, they are not responding to my emails. It's a scam!

If I had a choice I would not even give one star. This is a scam, the item is expensive and nothing like shown on there website or advertised through social media. They are making it very hard to return the item, asking for photos and tags that they know damn well are not on there.

Bought a jacket that said it fits size 10-22, you would be lucky if it fitted a 10 year old child. Contacted the firm as instructed to arrange a return, they wanted photo's of the item before accepting the return, the item had arrived with no labels on, I imagine because hundreds of people were sending the item back. I should have known when the return process indicated they make the decision if you can return the item or not that that was never going to happen.
