I'm beyond upset. I've basically spent so much of my own money and haven't seen half my deals show up. I've emailed NUMEROUS times with just generic responses saying I haven't followed requirements. 1) new user ✔️ 2) sign up with same email ✔️ 3) pay whatever fees ✔️ or download game apps ✔️ play for 60 minutes ✔️ or complete 200 LEVELS ✔️ don't delete apps... and the list goes on.... I'm at 17 rewards ( I've been keeping track ) yet only 10 are showing up completed. If they tell me one more time that IM DOING IT WRONG! I read the rules, I follow direction and than the have the audacity to call it a curtesy credit! I spent real money to complete levels or do surveys! I only seen people on tik tok showing off the rewards they got but now that I googled reviews I'm so mad at myself for not looking sooner, for wasting money I actually had or my time I can never get back!!! Also the remaining overs just take me to a new rewards program even tho it says it's for fitness or sports apps, idk if it's a glitch or what but how am I supposed to keep going. I'm so mad at myself. My advice to anyone reading this is to NOT DO IT AND DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

They will make any excuse not to payout and then deny your claims and after jumping through hoops still deny any payment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP!

You will end up having to do double what they say you will. Try to get a response from them that is a non-generic email you will not get help. The sad thing is that there are so many bad reviews and I still tried it. Thought it would be a great idea for Christmas. Nope! By the time they fix their issues, mind you the apps are paying them for this, all of your work will expire. Are there any avenues to go down to hold them liable for their lies? Nope. This crap needs to be regulated. Sounds like a class-action law suit to me. Let’s put these mofos under.

This is a complete waste of time. I completed more than five deals and got zero credit. After reaching out and filling their very intrusive zen desk form with all my personal data, and many many screenshots of proof then current screenshots off my phone apps, I was told since their “partners” never credited them , they are unable to extend any courtesy deal credits despite me spending money on subscriptions and deposits. It’s several hours of my time I will never get back and quite some $$ down the drain. Stay away and save yourself the time with their fake promise of cash incentives.

Reply to vendor: re: not being able to locate my account, please refer to my tickets 1937233 and 1917961. I have sent in over 10 emails and countless screenshots. Please do not deny I was a customer.

It’s a scam! I do not recommend flash rewards to anyone! Customer service was awful, they accused me of using a proxy to not credit the rewards, while I was using cellular data as I don’t have wifi (proxy servers are not available on iOS devices while using cellular data). This was my first experience with Flash rewards and it was a complete waste of time filled with really poor customer service that even made false claims to avoid granting credits. This is a complete scam and waste of time, do not use flash rewards.

Je jouais à un jeu et tout à coup, au lieu d'une publicité "toi ... player, tu as gagné 750$ payable sur Paypal." Je télecharge Paypal et je commence à suivre les exigences, mais un moment donné on réalise que si on veut avancer dans la quête des jeux, il faut dépenser. Alors finalement on réalise qu'on doit continuer ou arrêter, car un vrai gain ne fait pas télécharger un million de trucs et jouer pendant de lunes et encore moins regarder des centaines de publicités DÉGOÛTANTES (où on t'attire en te faisant miroiter des rivières de gains...) par semaine pour obtenir une miette de pigeon dans son compte. Alors le 750 est là, mais c'est du pure hammeçonnage car c'est évident que c'est un chemin de croix. Et on te garde captif en te disant "ton prix est encore là" oui mais il y a des conditions impossibles à respecter et après deux jours non seulement tu réalise que tu n'a rien gagné, mais qu'en plus tu as perdu ton TEMPS et mieux vaut arrêter avant de devenir un zombie et de perdre son ÂME. J'ai eu un avis que je pouvais avoir des frais sur mon cell. Je commence à m'inquiéter. C'est évident que l'attraction du 750$ y est pour beaucoup mais qu'il voile tout un processus, on t'entraîne dans un maëlstrom de téléchargements. Au début on fait confiance mais plus on avance plus on réalise qu'on aurait peut-être pas dû.

I attempted to put in my request for payment after completing tasks from games. And free trial and things in inputted my credit card info into, at first it said i couldnt claim another reward until 12 months had passed. My previews claim was December 2022. Clearly veen longer then 12 months. Then i got an email asking to upload my id .... then another email saying i was getting banned because of the terms . I replied asking what I had done to breach the terms they emailed back with the same auto generated message without explaining what I did wrong.... I'm confused because you can not complete the same tasks and get credit it just won't let you do that so I completed different tasks then the first claim. And most I had to opt into free trials that you have yo put your credit card info to be bale to opt into..... So now my credit card has been used for several trials and they won't explain why I'm being banned, so I feel that there's just frauding people to get all there information.

Horrible !!! I can't get rid of them. They don't even ask If you want the product. They won't even let u get out of the ad. I have to unplug my box every time. These ads are becoming far too aggressive. And I'm definitely won't buy what there selling. Hopefully this is useful to someone.

The add said to get up to level 15 in a game and get $750… well that’s not true. Got up to level 25 and they refused to pay. Misleading!!!

FlashRewards seems to have multiple profiles so I’m just covering my bases:

Selfish company. I completed 27 deals for them. They only accepted 20 which makes me eligible for $1000. Even within those 20, I had to ask them to credit a few because they’re tracking system is inaccurate.

I worked hard for 2 months because I really needed it. I put off other side hustles for this. In the end, they suspended me for using multiple mobile devices.

How is that fair? Many deals only work for Android while others only work for iOS. This is a way for them to make sure you don’t reach your desired payout amount. Besides this wasn’t in the terms and conditions the last time I read it. They had plenty of time to warn me and save me time. But they didn’t.

A suspension should be immediate instead they waited last minute likely so they can make more money off of me.

Even then, they could’ve just suspended me for future years. This year, they should’ve credited me since I already spent so much time and money.

Plus I made myself a target for soliciting because of them. These companies they collaborate with often send spam emails and spam physical mail to your home address. Some such as credit verify scam you out of hundreds of dollars if you don’t have tech skills.

Edit: I did read the terms and conditions. I believe the multiple devices rule has to be a new one as it wasn’t a previous problem. Even, then I should’ve received a warning so as to not waste my time.

Like most apps that promise tree money they are lying. I completed enough of the office to supposedly qualify for card. Everything above board. I eventually qualify for a 250 gift card. Was directed to a KYC site to verify my id, where the KYC API was non functional, and had to be intentional so. Drivers, passport didn’t matter, continually rejected confirmation while customer service (Chat GPT) assured that it would work now. It’s been 30 days I don’t have my gift card & the sunk cost fallacy is in full effect. Either they are incompetent or a scam, don’t waste your time

It asked a lot of odd sort of creepy questions. It told me I had to reach level four in domino dreams and I did, I used the email they emailed me with but the mailbox couldn’t be found. That could mean they took my information AND my $750 lululemon gig card with them. One of the creepy questions they asked was how many kids were in my house and how many cars I had..? Please don’t use this website, stay safe.

I’m giving a 4 Star Rating!! There customer service needs improvement and the amount of time it took me to receive my $75 Tim Hortons Gift Card could have been quicker but hey it’s technically free when you think about it.
To everybody writing mean hateful reviews they ship the majority of your Gift Card’s are sent via Mail so please make sure your mailing address is 100 Percent Correct. Unfortunately they don’t like to reship the Gift Card to the correct Address due to the number of people lying to try and get extra gift cards. So please people USE THE CORRECT ADDRESS OR YOUR SCREWED

I have to edit this review and change it from 1 to 4. because the day after I left this review, they sent me the $250.00 gift card I was trying to claim.
However I feel compelled to leave the brief explanation of my issues below.

I got down to the last two games to collect the $750.00.
I needed level 10 and lvl 18, they stopped crediting me with lvls at lvl 5 for both even though I was lvl 12 and 19. I conceded and tried to collect the $250.00 visa instead, i met all their criteria, there was always one more hoop to jump through then one more and one more etc until they stated they would not pay up because my mailing address did not match my street address. They accepted my mailing address when I signed up but later rejected it. It took three months to play all the games on the list. I did not spend any money during the process because I did not expect it to be legit.

I read some of these reviews and proceeded with this site and it was a mistake. I was finishing deal after deal after deal super fast and then all of a sudden, the daily emails of encouragement and account updates from flash rewards stopped and they stopped crediting my deals.

Actually, when I was finishing level 4 deals is when I started having issues. When I sent in a help ticket for assistance, they kept sending the same generic email accusing me of using a VPN, multiple accounts or private browsing. I sent in screen shots of all 3 (now 4 deals) that were never credited and also sent in screenshots of tracking being enabled on my phone AND all deals that were accessed only through their webpage and they just keep sending me a generic email warning me that my account is being monitored and no further deals will be credited because of this issue.

I've been on the phone with tech support for my internet and cell phone provider and there is no evidence of a VPN (that has to be manually set up and I've never had or used one and it's never been used through this cell phone or in the years I've had an internet connection) and I don't use private browsing which also must be switched on through a different tab and I access their webpage for deals through the link they've sent me in email. My location is public and tracking also is on. I've sent in screen shots to prove all of this on my end but they fail to confirm and send proof or even relay the deals affected and the dates of violations.

The generic emails give me limited information but they repeat the same accusations even though I have requested a phone call and have asked 5+ times in the past 2 weeks for proof of all of this on their end as I've had to take screen shots and send them in as proof of following all rules. They keep sending me the same generic information with no proof or details of the specific deals affected or the dates of the supposed "violations".

SCAM!!! Stay away because you will have no problems with lower deals (you still have to complete 10+ deals even for a $100 cash out) but once you get into the higher cash out deals they will use this strategy. I'd completed 15 deals and that is when they stopped crediting my account and that's when I started having issues. Also you have to keep all of the apps on your phone which will run your battery low at all times and it will eat up your memory so beware that your phone may also begin malfunctioning once you start these deals. A lot of these apps (mostly surveys/games) will clog up your phone and make it sluggish. It's because they are gathering all information when you use your phone, which websites, emails etc and they collect all of your information. I've also been spammed super hard by email as well.

I haven't even tried cashing out yet as I have no doubt they will find an issue on their end.

Don't waste your time and energy, it will all have been for nothing! Ticket numbers:
1759393, 1766980 and 1768059. They opened numerous "tickets" for the same issue yet can not confirm which deals and the dates of suspected violations.

*****In response to your rude reply below, I provided all screen shots every few days for over a month and proof and only received generic responses from "support". I had a hell of a time removing all the malware from this site as well...just a heads up they track every electronic used and that malware stays on your devices long after you've stopped participating/gotten your reward!! BEWARE!!!
