Misleading Reward Options – No PayPal Available at Redemption
I had a frustrating experience with Flash Rewards Canada. While completing offers, it appeared that PayPal was one of the reward options, which was a big reason I chose to continue with the platform.
However, when I finally went to redeem my reward, there was no PayPal option available—only a prepaid Visa card. This was very disappointing and felt misleading, as the reward options were not clearly communicated upfront.
I spent a significant amount of time completing offers expecting a specific payout method, only to find out at the end that it wasn’t available. That lack of transparency is a major issue.
On top of that, some offers take a long time to complete, and if the reward options aren’t accurate, it makes the whole process feel not worth the effort.
I would strongly suggest that Flash Rewards clearly state which reward options are actually available before users invest their time. Better transparency would make a big difference.

Hi Paige, thanks for sharing your experience. Reward options, including PayPal, are tied to the specific reward level selected and are available when that level is fully completed and claimed.
When a reward is cashed out early, the selected option at that time is a prepaid gift card, which is shown during the cashout process.

We understand it can feel frustrating if a deadline is missed, but glad to hear the claim was quick once everything was completed. Appreciate you giving it a try!

Good experience but getting to 100
Good experience but getting to 100. Shouldn't have so many hoops to jump. Downloads take lots of space and half of them don't work. I would like to get the 100$ gift card but I can't download the apps I want, they don't work in my province. And no I'm not paying for any of it.

It’s really hard to use online
It’s really hard to use online , lots of places did not take the tremendous virtual card , you could have gave us an option for redemption giving us a opportunity to transfer it to my personal bank account.

At redemption, we offer a selection of reward options, and the virtual Visa is one of several available choices. Direct transfers to a personal bank account aren’t supported.

Flash is fantastic
But I have to say that flash rewards definitely surprise me. With all the clickbait and scams that are allowed to pollute the app store, I can safely say that it only took me a few days to cash out a $100 Visa. And the time it took for the visa to be confirmed and arrive in my email was literally less than 24 hours I recommend this app to anyone who wants to make a couple spare bucks

I was going for the 750 PayPal but…
I was going for the 750 PayPal but stopped at 100 because I am not making purchases. However, overall I am extremely satisfied with an app reward that all my friends said was a scam. IT IS NOT. You just have rules to follow and only so much time to complete. Worth the time

False promises of higher rewards
False promises of higher rewards. When tasks are completed it’s not registered as done on site. Very time consuming for a small amount.

Higher value rewards require completing more than 5 deals and some deal activity can take time to validate depending on the advertiser and the specific requirements. Most participants working toward higher reward levels spend time completing offers and allowing activity to finish tracking before starting the claim process.
We see you registered and cashed out in the same day. If a cash-out is selected before all deal activity has finished tracking, those credits may not appear toward a higher reward level. Once the cash-out and claim process has started, it finalizes the reward for that participation period.
