Was charged multiple times the next day for a "free trial"
Upon completion of one deal under deal one and one deal under deal two to receive $5. I signed up for a free trial on June 17. Today is June 18th and I was charged multiple times for 11.99 and 8.99 which is set to charge again next week. This needs to be resolved.

Hi Robert, thank you for your feedback! Just to clarify, our household limits depend on the reward value. If the reward is $100 or under, the wait period is 60 days. For rewards of $101 and up, the interval is 12 months. You can find more specific details in our Terms and Conditions. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us!

Misleading Reward Options – No PayPal Available at Redemption
I had a frustrating experience with Flash Rewards Canada. While completing offers, it appeared that PayPal was one of the reward options, which was a big reason I chose to continue with the platform.
However, when I finally went to redeem my reward, there was no PayPal option available—only a prepaid Visa card. This was very disappointing and felt misleading, as the reward options were not clearly communicated upfront.
I spent a significant amount of time completing offers expecting a specific payout method, only to find out at the end that it wasn’t available. That lack of transparency is a major issue.
On top of that, some offers take a long time to complete, and if the reward options aren’t accurate, it makes the whole process feel not worth the effort.
I would strongly suggest that Flash Rewards clearly state which reward options are actually available before users invest their time. Better transparency would make a big difference.

Hi Paige, thanks for sharing your experience. Reward options, including PayPal, are tied to the specific reward level selected and are available when that level is fully completed and claimed.
When a reward is cashed out early, the selected option at that time is a prepaid gift card, which is shown during the cashout process.
We appreciate the feedback on making this clearer.
It can be a struggle
It can be a struggle. Not realizing that once you start completing things you only have a limited time before they expire completely. When they expire it can be frustrating.
But if you can get past that and complete things in a good time , the pay out is quick and can feel rewarding.

Thanks for the honest feedback. Just to clarify, you can always check how much time is left for each deal in your Reward Status page so you know exactly where things stand. We understand it can feel frustrating if a deadline is missed, but glad to hear the claim was quick once everything was completed. Appreciate you giving it a try!

Good experience but getting to 100
Good experience but getting to 100. Shouldn't have so many hoops to jump. Downloads take lots of space and half of them don't work. I would like to get the 100$ gift card but I can't download the apps I want, they don't work in my province. And no I'm not paying for any of it.

Hi Kelly. Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear parts of the experience were positive, though we understand it can feel limiting if certain deals aren’t available in your area or don’t work on your device. Deal availability and requirements can vary by location and advertiser, which can impact which options are accessible as you progress. We appreciate you giving it a try and sharing your experience.

It’s really hard to use online
It’s really hard to use online , lots of places did not take the tremendous virtual card , you could have gave us an option for redemption giving us a opportunity to transfer it to my personal bank account.

Svar från Flash Rewards Canada
Hi Sachin. We’re sorry to hear you had difficulty using the card. The virtual Visa reward is a prepaid card, which means acceptance can vary depending on the merchant, as some do not support prepaid cards or certain transaction types.
At redemption, we offer a selection of reward options, and the virtual Visa is one of several available choices. Direct transfers to a personal bank account aren’t supported.
