Return address China at my expense!!

I ordered a pair of mules. When they arrived they were the incorrect colour and very poor quality.
I asked to return them and the only way was to send to China at my expense!!
Do NOT buy from this company.
ps After I received the response below I sent them another e mail...no response to the e mail.
I also saw on my credit card they deducted another unauthorised amount, which is fraud. I have issued a chargeback for the money.

BECAREFUL- SCAM

BECAREFUL - SCAM . I bought a product and noticed thereafter they started to take £8.99/month from my account without my authorisation. The contact number does not work and directs you to email support. They say they will respond within 24 hours and nothing. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have to now waste my time and get it sorted through the banks.

I received boots that were too small…

I received boots that were too small on 26th September and returned them on 8th October to the return address on the package which was in England at my own expense. They said that if I did not return to China which would have cost a lot more than the boots, it would take longer to issue a refund but to date I have still not received a refund. On checking my bank statements they have been taking £8.99 out of my bank account on three occasions that has not been authorised. To date I no longer have the boots and I am over 46 pounds out of pocket.

WHEN I PLACED THE TWO ORDERS WITH YOU THE PROMISE WAS DELIVERY BETWEEN 18th AND 25th DECEMBER 2025.

Beware additional charges for VIP status

I had an additional charge of £18.79 taken from my account, when I contacting them, they told me I must of ticked a box to become a vip customer! I did not! I was told if I wanted a refund I had to request one, so I did but got no further response. After 4 e-mails & 3 customer contact forms later which gives an automated reponse of "We aim to get back to you within 48hrs or sooner " i still haven't heard anything with no reply to either forms of contact. I'm going to have to contact my bank to see if I can get my money back. This is terrible customer service, to not even bother replying.
So after Flash discount saw the bad review, they sent their usual generic response telling me to e-mail their support address with the subject line "Trustpilot review" & I would get a reponse in 24hrs, i've checked to see if the reply went to spam & it hasn't. It's now 48hrs & still nothing.
Disgraceful!
