Diabolical company

Incorrect sizing. No communication. Tried to withdraw additional funds. Terrible, need I say more
updated review: Eventually, after 3 months fair resolution and whilst customer service were understanding, apologetic and did give a 50% refund (as I had disposed of the goods) and would deserve 5 star, the time taken, the hassle, the lack of replies I will only give 3,

Slippers

The slippers look really great but having not received them yet I can not say how they wear.
The one thing I would like to point out is the delivery times seem a bit to long.

After weeks of trying to make contact…

After weeks of trying to make contact via email to obtain a refund of my order, every time receiving a message
that contact had failed - out of the blue my email went through and a refund was approved within 24 hours.

The item sent did not work

The item sent did not work.

It took a while to hear back from them. When i finally got through to them, i was able to get a refund. However, unbeknownst to me, shipping costs were deducted from the refund. I was only informed of this when i actively enquired.

Watch out for monthly subscription

Items purchased fine however had £8.99 taken from my account since last June. Credit card company won't refund said it was a subscription. I did not sign up to this. Thought I would be covered under fraud or scam, apparently not. So this company can continue to fleece its customers. Disgraceful. On line scammers are making a fortune and we have to accept it.
