Fix Auto were appointed to fix my car through my insurance company. They were efficient and were able to collect my car and drop it off at the courtesy car company which was very helpful.

The staff when I spoke to them were very nice and friendly, unfortunately my repairs took 2 months and I had no contact for an entire month

Fix repaired my van well and their staff were friendly and helpful.

Fix Auto UK went above and beyond taking good car of my car. Not only did they repair the damage, they thoroughly cleaned it inside and out, including the moss I'd let grow on the windows! Very impressed with their service. Great communication.

They keep you informed about what happening with your car also when they expect to finish repairs. If any thing changes they let you know. Polite and let you know when coming with courtesy car or bring your car back.

Fix Auto took a long time to collect my car following a car accident. Their communication was poor and limited. I found I had to regularly chase for updates from them.

Nothing short of Amazing! After a lot of stress of a car accident, this garage done so much work, they were messaging throughout the duration of the repair and keeping me updated all the time. They were all extremely helpful! Even went above and beyond to even pick me up! I could not recommend this garage highly enough. Top work, top team, just brilliant!

Brilliant service with my van. They looked at the damage and sent of all the quotes and my van was in the work shop a week later. It’s was completed on time and I got an update every 3 days. Picked the van up today an I’m extremely pleased with all the work they done. Ian the manager couldn’t have done any more and was a pleasure to deal with. Al rounded it’s a 10/10 and fully deserved.

In June 2024, my car was repaired by FixAuto in Rochester. I had miss-judged the position of a stone memorial in a churchyard, and scraped the offside cill cover. My Toyota dealer recommended me to FixAuto, and the repair was carried out; new cill cover, chromium trim and spray paint.
Fast forward to February 2026, and when I got home one day, I looked at the car, and thought some leaves had got stuck to the underside of the car. When I pulled on one, it came off, but it was a small sheet of paint from the cill cover; the whole thing was delaminating. I notified FixAuto, and was asked to take the car in. Ian, the bodywork manager was absolutely wonderful. Without hesitation he offered to remove the cover, and they would respray it, and then for me to return 3 days later and have it refitted. This was done, and I am delighted with the result. Extremely happy with the way the problem was handled. No quibbling about the time lapse or "It must have been something I had done". Both Ian and I are mystified as to what did happen, but as I said, rectified at no cost to me, except the petrol for 2 return journeys. Thoroughly recommended, and THANK YOU.

A good job and very fast turnaround

Fix Auto did recalled the vehicle and made a fix to a part that was weakened in the accident but didn't break until after the the return, which I thought was very noble.
They also dealt with the insurers who were difficult, in a very difficult time, so again, I tip my hat to these guys.
And the third play was organising a hire car too, so these guys really pulled out the stops.
