I am very pleased with my entire experience with FEB. Israel is really and truly committed to his 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
I called in early January hoping to buy a specific piece of equipment but there were none to be had. Israel took the time to personally make a recommendation more suited to my needs. Delivery and setup were flawless. Unfortunately part of my physical disability made it impossible for me to use my new machine. Just one call with Israel and we believe that my problem will be solved. Apparently I am not the first person to have trouble with my leg.
With Israel’s help I will be getting an accessory that we hope will solve my problem. Once I receive my leg stabilization kit I plan to get moving and to get in better shape. Thank you again for all of your help and commitment to your customers Israel.

Fitness Equipment Broker is a service which connects customers with sources for fitness equipment. They did a great job of that in my case. The issue I ran into was that the actual equipment manufacturer's assembly and operating instructions are quite difficult to understand. I have separately requested assistance from the manufacturer.

Great customer service. We had several conversations about exactly what we needed in our circumstances and were given pros and cons of machines we were looking at. We were given expert facts about each and which was available. When we decided on one, the delivery was timely. We were kept informed of each step. Delivered on time and expertly wrapped for shipping. The delivery was to the inside of our garage. Every step was exactly as promised.
